Tv didn't work. Room small. Furniture very beat up. Front desk lady super nice and sweet. Bathroom newly remodeled.

Nice remodel, better than expected!

My cousin and I stayed at the travelodge with ous babies for the weekend to get away. I chose this hotel because it was close to the beach and fairly inexpensive compared to other places. The outside and the area are a little less than desirable (there were vagrants eating out of the trash cans) but no one bother us and it wasn't scary. The room was surprisingly really nice. The beds were very comfortable! The only thing that bother us was there just needed to be a bit more attention paid to the cleanliness of the bathroom. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay and the lady at the front desk was very nice and very professional! I would stay there again!

Old hotel.

Old hotel, dark room, torn curtains, no chair, old dark grout in shower, smaller room, kind of shady area. But, the bed linen was clean & the bed was comfortable. I wouldn't walk bare-footed in the room.

Roaches

Roaches crawling all over room and in lobby area where they serve "breakfast" which consisted of Fruit Loops and orange juice. People smoking crack outside of hotel and generally an unsafe area.

Nice location

Tried no sleep at 10 pm Noisy on next room teenagers are loud until11pm. Put towel under door adjacent to other room to suppress loud laughing noises. In morning saw 3 bedbugs on sheets as if they came out in the morning looking for breakfast but luckily me and wife did not turn out as dinners that night...maybe they were full from other nights tenants. Otherwise..the place is nice but staff needs to check between the bed and the foam bed to check if a colony of bed bugs are building up.

Friendly and efficient staff. Room and bathroom was newly remodeled. Nice and clean. Comfortable bed and amenities to make our stay very pleasant.

Vacation shorten due to bad experience

Pros: good location
Cons: everything
Location: baseball facilities
asked for 2 queen beds, got king for 3 people, spoke to front desk & moved us to 2 queen room, but very small with only enough room for you to half way open door to get in since armoire that held tv was bulky. room had only 2 outlets (1 bathroom/1 bedroom) had to ask for extension cord to connect cpap machines & recharge phones. Pool was dirty with dead bugs floating and dirt at bottom and no towels. shower head popped out during shower 3 times, fourth time it shattered. hotel gave us use to shower in room next door. Had to walk to one room to shower only to go back to our own room and sleep. End up check out 2 days early. Called 3 times to hotel to complain and I'm still waiting for return call AND THAT WAS OVER A WEEK! NOT HAPPY

Weekend get away

Check in was very easy. Staff was polite and efficient. The carpet in the room needs to be either cleaned or replaced. Electric wires by the TV, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker was a mess. The location was close to downtown and the beach. Tricky to get in and out if the parking lot.

Pros: nothing
Cons: the whole hotel.
Location: i don;t know.
Noisy place. The rooms are in terrible shape. We ended up staying somewhere else. Affordable should not be synonymous of poorly maintained. Avoid and find something else.
