It's okay.

The room was clean. The ice cream vending machine didn't have ice cream in it. The front desk never picked up the phone. I think the pool was clean - didn't go in, though. The room was fine, but everything else was soso. And the las americal premium outlets is like a 1-2 minute drive.

Hotel wasn't clean, strange odor coming from sink

Posted Oct 15, 2016
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Room cleanliness
Location: Close to the outlets and the border.
Usually stay in travelodge as I have find it reasonable in the past. However this hotel should not be part of the chain.

Front desk staff nightmare

Posted Oct 5, 2016
Stay away! I was overcharged by staff for a second person even though I already paid Expedia for my stay. I complained about two beds and instead of the staff apologizing or trying to make me happy, was told it was my problem even though staff knew I wanted one queen or king size bed for a couple. I don't plan on staying here again and was overcharged an extra $10 a night for a second person. I would rather walk across border and stay at a nice hotel for $40 a night. I can't believe I was ripped off for almost $200 for a 3 night stay at this dump.

The Staff which includes housekeeping and front desk Manager was terrible!!! Room was unclean and smelly, carpet unclean. I asked for a different room and management refused and said, there were no more rooms. I asked for management and he said, "I am the Manager". He wanted to refund my money, knowing it was too late at night to find another Hotel. We had a wedding to attend the next morning. My husband had to go to Walmart and buy Lysol disinfectant spray and sprayed the room because there some type of "Mold" or something was causing an allergy reaction. We sneezed and cough until we cleaned the air and disinfect the room. We opened windows to make the condition tolerable. We stayed just because we could not do no better in terms of location and time . Very bad conditions but convenient to Tijuana Mexico.
