Valley Center visit.

Posted Jan 16, 2016
Pros: Location
Cons: Throw rugs in our room. The tile was very cold for those late night bathroom visits. It was January and cold outside.
Location: Next to the Castle Creek Golf Course and Gopher Hole bar and restaurant
Nice room and accommodations for the night. We liked the spacious room which overlooked the pool. Nice flat screen tv.

Cold. Couldn't sleep. It was so cold.

Posted Dec 28, 2015
It was so cold and they don't have heat or AC unit just a small portable unit that wasn't sufficient. Manager was rude and housekeeping didn't really clean room just emptied the trash.

Nice room and close to golf course

Posted Dec 28, 2015
Pros: The people are nice, rooms clean, you feel good staying here.
Cons: during the winter they could use a better heating system for the room, takes a long time to heat up...
Location: Nice area for a good drive, golf course close and a great Mexican restaurant close by...
This is a great place to stay, quite golf course close by, nice area to have a nice drive and find a good place to eat and relax, we will be back,,,, they do need better heater in the room during this time of year...

Beautiful green area a bit off the busy path

Posted Dec 6, 2015
We love staying out of cities, so this site was great for us. It's a bit close to the highway, but with the green areas, soaking pools, and room to roam, this was what we were looking for in lodging. The staff was SUPER friendly. The room was large and very comfortable. The only thing I would like to suggest they add would be coffee makers in the rooms. Since the office doesn't open until 8:30 a.m., it would've been nice to make your own coffee.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review, Kari. We are glad to have provided you with comfortable accommodations and amenities. We have taken note of your suggestion about having coffee makers in each room. We look forward to you visiting us again.

My husband had to carried the microwave and the refri to our room since they didnt have anything in the room . They said they are remodeling. We've been several times there before and we used to loved now the service is terrible and the facility looks really bad

We only stayed one night, but everything was absolutely perfect. The bed was comfortable, the staff was helpful, and the hotel grounds were lovely.

no privacy

Posted Nov 10, 2015 on Hotels
I didn't notice any premium bedding. I couldn't let some sunshine in our room because it's so open anyone and everyone passing by could see me. No privacy at all. I had room 26 ..make sure you call ahead if you will have a late check in ..after 9pm the front office is closed. The lady was really nice and left the keys and directions to my room when I told her I might not make it there before 9pm. The pool looked really nice even though I didn't go in. Our room was right by the pool. For some reason I thought since I booked a suite I would get a bedroom with a door I can close. So much for a private room on my birthday! I could here our kids snoring right next to us.

Nice Getaway

Posted Nov 3, 2015
Large spacious clean room. Feels more like a condo complex than a hotel. Friendly check in. It seemed like we were the only ones there, they're finishing renovations. No pictures on the wall, need rugs or something warmer on the tile floors. New comfortable mattress. Large bathtub. We loved the soaking pools. It'd be nicer if they had a Continental breakfast, they recommend a nearby restaurant instead.
