For a low budget hotel everything was good. About the cheapest place in town. Iv never before been required to leave a deposit except maybe a few dollars in case of lost keys. $100. But it was credited back to my account in four days so no big deal. I would definitely stay there again.

Both employees were very rude and unprofessional! It wasn't so much what they said but their tone and demeanor. At check in it was a lady named Yadira. She said her last name was Cruz but not sure if that was true. The room was great however the staff's attitude was a definite downside. I don't like feeling like someone is doing me a favor when I am giving you my business. It would be highly beneficial to train your staff to have some basic manners and common courtesy to entice customers to give you their business in the future.

The property wasn’t kept up with. The rooms were dirty . Bed was very uncomfortable. Water pressure in shower was very low. Walls are extremely thin. Very loud you can hear everything. Air conditioner was really high up you can’t adjust it. TV remote wasn’t working. I do not recommend it.

Area is convenient but the hotel/ room itself felt like it needed work looks a bit beat up and staff didn’t really explain much. Hotel and area looks questionable during the night

The hotel its self was pleasant and the area around the hotel is questionable. We checked in fairly late (about 9ish) so when we went looking to get something to eat the neighborhood was a bit intimidating, but we found somewhere close and came right back to the hotel. Other than that we had no issues.

This hotel had a lot of surrounding areas to eat and shop. It’s definitely more on the older style hotel and probably needs a good update with furniture and the bathrooms, but as long as there was a clean bed, working bathroom and TV - we were good to go .

Property has bugs, I’ve been to some cheap hotels and by cheap I mean cheap cheap and this place is by far the most unsanitary place I’ve ever been. There’s people doing drugs and selling them on the property that don’t even stay there!! I came here with my family and children and we weren’t even given a room that had been walked through yet. Blankets, floor and mirror were all filthy upon arrival. During my stay my key card stopped working everyday of my stay which is very inconvenient when you have a 1 and 3 year old getting soaked in the rain walking back n fourth from Lobby back to the room. Definitely never coming here again.

It was an economical choice. A little outside noise, but had a very nice sleep. Great proximity to restaurants, fuel, and other travel needs.

This hotel is not what I was expecting. The property is run down and needs to hire a new cleaning staff because it is not very clean and even the sheets were dirty and stained.I will not stay here again.

While the outside doesn't look too appealing, the inside of the rooms are more modern and clean, and nice looking. The exterior looks a little aging and could use a retouch or repainting. But everything was good inside the rooms and thats what ultimately matters. I dont know if it was only the room I was staying in (203), but the shower head settings/pressure could be better. And the bed was a little more firm than I'd like, but I was still able to get a good sleep. Having a pool is nice, but i did not use it this visit. The staff themselves are 5 stars friendly and helpful.

The property is not what I expected, I got my room and it was not clean. The first thing I noticed was the pillow cases were dirtyso I figured I would just get some from the store when I went then I looked up and air conditioner was really dirty you could see the dirt built up on it. I figured that this was a bit much so I went to call the office and noticed that it was not a phone in the room. I called the office from my phone several times before anyone answered. The staff apologized and gave many excuses I went to the store for pillow cases and returned to the room, after having a shower I went to get in the bed the sheets were dirty I mean really dirty wirt stains and body dirt. I went to the office and asked for clean sheets and they told me that they would bring me some at this thime it was 8:00 .I wentbback to the office at 9:30 because I never got the sheets. The staff once again gave me more excuses about why they hadn't come yet but assured me that they would be bringing them. I didn't receive the sheets until 12:45 am after several returns to the office and plenty of excuses. I went to the office the next morning which was a friday to speak to the manager to be told that the manager called off for the day. I explained everything that had transpired the day before to the morning staff that came in and I told that I should be compensated for that night. She informed me that she couldn't authorize anything without the manager and that she would

The interior was terrible. Bathroom tub was rusted. Tile on walls were broken with holes from a torn out grab bar. Broken tiles on walls from shower curtain. More water came out of tub spout than shower. The fixtures were so damaged. The heater was extremely loud and barely worked. The tv only worked if you stood next to it. One ice machine, outdoor and uncovered, in the dark for a huge property. At least the bed was clean. The guy night manager wouldn't answer the phone. I had to go to the office to find out they had one ice machine at the other end of the property. The girl manager was nice and checked us in early. I wont ever stay again, even at 20 dollars a night. I dont understand the positive reviews for this place.

We didn't stay, we just couldn't, the room smelled like a chicken coop... and we didn't get our money back, because it's the hotel's policy (haha, it's not even a hotel, it's worse than the worst motel or hostel), to cancel the reservation and get refund, this must be done the day before... so whether you like the room or not, you must stay there, or forget about the money!!!

Very misleading from the pictures. Place is very dated/old. Musty room. Dirty floor/carpet. Check in spot/front desk area smelled like backed up sewage. Would not recommend this hotel which is actually a motel. Horrible place.

This hotel is good for your budget. It does need some attention as far as updating paint and AC unit.
