Comfortable budget hotel in a convenient location

I stayed here for two nights during FinCon. The hotel was very reasonably priced and the location was pretty convenient. Comfortable bed, very clean room (wood floors instead of carpeting! Yay!), good WiFi. There was one shelf in the bathroom that was a little loose, but no big deal at all. Alfredo's pizzeria is close by and delicious and they deliver, too. Mini fridge was helpful for the leftovers (I did have to modify the box to get it to fit, but fine). I would happily stay here again.
The parking situation is a bit of a problem, though. The lot is small, and the spaces are tiny. I get it, they're trying to fit as many cars in as possible, but still. I parked squarely in a space next to a compact car that was squarely in its own space, and it was still a little tight for me to walk between the cars to get to my room. If there's a truck parked in a space, forget about parking next to it. There's no way you can fit. My last night there, there were THREE spaces in the parking lot that last night that sat totally empty because big trucks were next to them. Luckily, I found space on the street next to the hotel.
