Nice rooms but smelly, and bad customer service!!

The room is very spacious and very pretty with 2 full baths and a full kitchen. There are plenty of shops around the hotel. The bad side is that the horse track is next to it and the hotel including rooms always have the horse waste smell. Also, there is no elevator except one in a different building that doesn't help if you are staying in a different building. It is a hassle if you are traveling with big luggage. The other down side is that you have to call the front desk if you want to get your room clean, otherwise they won't do it. They also don't have any room service available. You have to go to a nearby restaurant, which there are several. The night staff that checked me in was not friendly at all. He only handed me a map so I could find my room in the map. A very nice cleaning lady was the one who helped me after walking back and forth just to find out there was no elevator. The beds are really hard, difficult to sleep with hard beds and the constant smell of horse waste. The checkout is at 11 (NO EXCEPTIONS!!) otherwise they would charge you $50 for the first 30 min after 11:00 am.

As a timeshare property, we have to be strict with our check-out times. Every departure is also an arrival for the same day. It is critical during the summer travel season.
