Nice hotel with friendly staff. Had to check out early for family emergency, and they were accommodating to refund the unused night.

Over all it was a wonderful stay. Everything was very close by just minutes away from the beach, SeaWorld, and stores. Just in case you forgot anything 😉. Plan on staying here again on our next trip.

Pros: Location and mini suite
Cons: Wi-Fi didn't work, even with It IT help.
Location: Sea World. Phil's bbq was excellent across the street.
Enjoyed stay, pleasant staff and location. ROOM clean and comfortable.

Room was full of bugs. Ants and spiders. Rust around doors and moldings, air conditioning didn't cool room. When I booked my stay I was told it was less than a mile from Sea World, it was 2 which makes a difference when I didn't have a car. On site restaurant not family friendly.

They charged for parking $10 - not mentioned at booking. As I was on a business trip and needed to prepare for next day meeting, Internet WIFI access was a deal breaker condition. NO working WIFI. Staff was nasty and snappy when inquired about the internet. Could not use my rewards when booking. On check out there were 8 people waiting in the lobby. The front desk was busy answering phones like we didn't exist. After 10 minutes wait to check out I left. I would not recommend or come here again.

The front desk staff can use hospitality training. They are not at all welcoming and seem annoyed by their guests. Not a good feeling to take away at check in. The room furnishings are old. Toilet would not flush properly. Found pubs in the bathroom!! Yuck!!!! Rooms are dark and dank.

We decided to stay in San Diego a week before we went. We found this hotel, and got a great deal on a junior suite. The pictures on the site looked amazing, but when we got there, we thought for sure it was the wrong place. Then we saw the room, and realized why it was such a deal. Long story short. Don't always trust the pictures.

No servia el A/c ni el wifi. Alfombra mojada y muy sucia. Personal de recepción no da buena atención al cliente . No tiene restaurante. En general le falta mantenimiento y mejorar el servicio .
