Close to where I needed to be!

Pros: Location!
Cons: Have continental breakfast.
Location: Fine!
The hotel was comfortable and fine. Never saw much of the front desk personnel. Would be nice to have continental breakfast as part of the package.

Worn Out

The hotel is in poor condition with plumbing fixtures protruding from the wall and worn furnishings. The room wasn't cleaned for the second night of a two night stay.

Overnight stay

This hotel was terrible. The only items in the room were 1 roll of toilet paper hand and body soap and a really tiny container of shampoo that was half empty. There was a tv guide but that's all that was in the room. This room was completely stripped. The carpet really needed to be cleaned. I will not stay at any of these hotels in the future and would not recommend to any one. I needed to have more pillows and no one would answer the phone, you had to leave a message for the morning crew. A lot of good that does.

Booked non smoking, gave us smoking rooms

I booked this hotel for our group (non profit youth ministry organization) for their travel home from a camp. I booked non smoking rooms, but when the group leader checked in, they were given several smoking rooms. The hotel staff blamed Expedia on this error and wasn't able to provide and honor the non smoking booking. The trip leader said the hotel didn't seem to be run very well in general and suggested we find other accommodations for future trips. Very disappointing.

Dirty dirty dirty /uncomfortable

The room was so dirty, hairs in the bed and pillows , mold around sinks and toilets shower clogged , head board of bed had stuff squirted all down it . I can't explain how gross this room and place was! I will never stay at an extended stay again! I couldn't even lay my head comfortably to sleep the bed was terrible

All in all it is a very nice place to stay. The halls and staircase and elevators needed more attention to the vacuuming.
