Dirty dirty dirty /uncomfortable

The room was so dirty, hairs in the bed and pillows , mold around sinks and toilets shower clogged , head board of bed had stuff squirted all down it . I can't explain how gross this room and place was! I will never stay at an extended stay again! I couldn't even lay my head comfortably to sleep the bed was terrible

We failed you in the most basic of ways by not providing a clean and comfortable guest room and for that, we are truly sorry. Be assured we take the cleanliness of your suite and the entire hotel very seriously. Even though this is not a frequent occurrence we recognize that even one time is too many. All in all it is a very nice place to stay. The halls and staircase and elevators needed more attention to the vacuuming.

Only for overnight ok, long stay no,

Pros: Only the view of the trees
Cons: Their amenities ..
Location: Restaurants. And stores
They advertise continental breakfast !! NO COOFFEE no such continental breakfast The room doesn't have COOFFEE neither paper cups,. I am glad I stayed only one night. I will not stay in this hotel again..

Just so so, but we were in a hurry and only stayed 5 hours.

Exit and not stay

The hotel was very dirty and smelt dingy. Nothing was clean. Even the coffee area had dust all over it. Every mirror had fingerprints. We will not come back

Great location in San Dimas

Great choice for a cost effective choice in San Dimas. Clean rooms, great small kitchen setup & a friendly staff. Also a great locations with a lot of restaurants options within walking distance.

Restroom dirty "Toe Nail on floor"

The restroom was dirty I found a long dirty toe nail on the floor, and the tub had body hair too. I was disgusted, The evening staff was pleasant Mark very nice.

This place shows that the owners don't care! You don't need to remodel the rooms but at least take the time to repair the broken furniture. A little TLC goes a long way.
