Started it out rocky

We arrived early as we got in in a morning flight. They had been compiling full the night before so they gave us the first available room which was what I believe to be the worst room in the hotel. We immediately went to talk to management who promised an upgrade as soon as it was available. So we went to explore the city came back ready to move into another room and all of a sudden they said there was a charge to change rooms. We refused to pay so eventually they waived it and put us in a very nice room and we enjoyed our trip.

hard beds below avg food

Pros: the staff.....thats it honestly
Cons: mattresses! the toilet leaked and made so much noise all night long!
Location: nothing to do nearby and unless you absolutely LOVE airplanes buzzing around you constantly.......its not the place for you.
The beds were toooo hard, old springs left over from 1967, the food was avg, the staff were all 5 stars!!

Stay in Van Nuys

Stay in 4th of July Holiday seasons, it would be good price but you need to pay extra Parking, Fridge and Microwave(Microwave is Free ^^).

Nice hotel

Right next to the airport but I didn't really hear anything from inside my hotel room. It's a very nice hotel for the $ and great breakfast

Not a hotel, its a garbage house.

When i looked for hotel near my current location( LAX) it poped up in the list of hotels. As soon as i reserved i found out that was 20 miles a way where i was. Called them to cancel they didnt rdfund me. They ard thif i gues.

Clean rooms!

Nice staff, clean rooms! Only issue we had was they took the outdoor furniture cushions 2 hours before the pool closed, even moved all of our towels and clothes.

Not a good place to stay

Pros: nothing
Cons: a total renovation will be a good start.
Location: there is nothing beside the area.
it was an old place, with no fridge and limited Wifi. There is an active airport behind the hotel and it is very noisy.

Pros: Location. cleans rooms. Great room service/restaurant.
Cons: They could offer free parking.
Location: perfectly located for businesses in the San Fernando valley.
