Had a bad toilet and airport next door

Only bad thing I had here was my toilet wasn’t working they came n fixed something then two hours later used again and didn’t work again.. didn’t give any discount or anything! And a small airport next door.

Trip to Universal Studios

Pros: Car parking convenience, security.
Cons: Please try not having to charge for the room water!
Location: Universal Studio
Nice stay in nice hotel. Convenient driving distance from Universal Studios.

The actual hotel was amazing for the price. The bell staff was on every request we had from pool towels to overall luggage delivery. Upon our arrival the day staff was short and rude. I second guessed my booking and was very disappointed with the one woman at the desk. The night staffed redeemed the overall first impression and would stay there again.

Thinking place is fine for a one night stay to catch an early flight. Surrounding area is gritty.

Cons: The soda vending machine was broken and the front desk people just said oh well we don't handle that.
The Hotel was fine and the food was actually good. Check-in had some issues because Expedia reservations are not in the computer they are in a back room on a printout. They were not ready for us because the firefighters had taken all the rooms like we reserved. They upgraded us to a suite without hesitation after they found the reservation on a desk in the back.

Room rug quite dirty.... my feet got very dirty when I had shoes and socks on all day then took them off in the room. Otherwise room was good.
