Convenient

Close to basic shopping needs, hotel needs renovation; lobby, elevators, & hallways.

Convenient Location

Pros: It smells nice as of lately and it is one of very few hotels in Northridge.
Cons: I didn't like having to fill out a survey of personal info when I checked in.
Location: mall, shopping, restaurants
It has improved since I last stayed there a couple of months ago. It is cleaner with a pleasant scent and the staff aren't as stressed out .

they gave me a room that was still occupied. I opened the door and person was still in the bed.

Decent place. Pros: you have a full fridge, microwave and sink area Cons: hard to find staff at front desk, you get toiletries the first day and then have to go ask for more and they were all out. No room service. It is meant for extended stay so you have to bring stuff with you. Have to ask for hair dryer from front desk too if you need it.

Poor

It wasn't a good a good experience. Fits of all the hotel is in a good place in northridge. Firs time staying there. Lobby smelled weed. The hotel was dirty. Also I reserved a king bed room and they didn't have it available they didn't give me no choice either get it or don't stay.

Dirty Rooms

Pros: The restaurant next door
Cons: Needs total cleaning and staff training
Location: Mall close by. Lots of restaurants.
Bad. Rooms (we rented 2 rooms) Both dirty. Floor was sticky. Both elevators really dirty and only one was working. about 1/2 the time. Very disappointing. Staff seemed overwhelmed. Would never stay there again

Horrible Experience

Upon check-in the desk person was not helpful. Finally got assistance from another desk person that was more helpful. The room was a mess and the bed was unmade as if someone just left. I was given another room, while walking to the room beer botles in the hallways. Entering the room the bed was made but the furniture was damaged. End result contacted hotels.com customer support and my reservation was transferred to another hotel.

Extended delay

It wasnt at all what i expected the room looked very decent comes with refrigerator front desk as utensils pots pans if needed the TV however is not a smart TV so if you have like a Google Chrome's not going to work you have to get an HDMI port because they will not do to you access through Google Chrome. The room when you take a shower has an awkward smell afterwards and then it also becomes very stuffy so you have to open a window or do something all the rooms are non-smoking but the beds are pretty comfortable. How does a dream ice Davis service was subpar at best, my keys stopped working and so did the lady's machine so she had to mend any let me into my room, the lady also was relieving someone from the shift and she had a really big problem with management which is something that I did as well, as I was doing bananas Exchange I was then called a the N word by a guy who said he was the manager. I've been contacted guest relations and I was on hold for over an hour, and by the end of it they said they will call me back within 48 hours and never did so I called him back again I waited on hold for an hour and nothing was solved, all of a sudden my reservation would move to a different location and there was no record of me staying at this location. Do not come to this hotel it is terrible

Terrible TV cable service

The place was well located, quiet and reasonable for the price, but their TV reception was terrible. I wanted to watch the All Star game on TV and it was unwatchable. I called and they could do nothing about it.
