Convenient

Close to basic shopping needs, hotel needs renovation; lobby, elevators, & hallways.

Convenient Location

Pros: It smells nice as of lately and it is one of very few hotels in Northridge.
Cons: I didn't like having to fill out a survey of personal info when I checked in.
Location: mall, shopping, restaurants
It has improved since I last stayed there a couple of months ago. It is cleaner with a pleasant scent and the staff aren't as stressed out .

they gave me a room that was still occupied. I opened the door and person was still in the bed.

Decent place. Pros: you have a full fridge, microwave and sink area Cons: hard to find staff at front desk, you get toiletries the first day and then have to go ask for more and they were all out. No room service. It is meant for extended stay so you have to bring stuff with you. Have to ask for hair dryer from front desk too if you need it.

Dirty Rooms

Pros: The restaurant next door
Cons: Needs total cleaning and staff training
Location: Mall close by. Lots of restaurants.
Bad. Rooms (we rented 2 rooms) Both dirty. Floor was sticky. Both elevators really dirty and only one was working. about 1/2 the time. Very disappointing. Staff seemed overwhelmed. Would never stay there again

Pretty bad.

Pros: There was one gentleman trying to help me, but was very stressed out by the lack of resources this particular ESA had.
Cons: I wish they would clean the rooms everyday like most other hotels do, bring towels upstairs to the room, and provide kitchenette supplies.
Location: There are restaurants and gas stations within a block. Not far from highway.
Stayed 3 nights, paid ten extra dollars to have it cleaned everyday because that wasn't part of the package, and it still didn't get cleaned. The people made me go down to the first floor for everything I needed or wait 20 to 30 minutes. One girl just flat out told me I needed to come down for towels.

Decent hotel in a perfect location

Pros: location
Location: plenty of store to get food.
My family stayed in this hotel overnight and the first thing we noticed were empty bottles of beer, boxes and cigarette butts around the hotel. Tables were old and look like repaired several times. Rest room exhaust fan is not working. We booked the hotel to get a good view of the neighborhood but the room given to us is in the first level.

Our stay was ok just need more staff to bring stuff to your room when you request something like extra towels or shampoos... they'll make you come down to the front desk and get them.

One of the worst experiences! super sketch hotel!!

The hotel is in such a great area, which was why I was very disappointed by the appearance and management. The parking lot is packed FULL to the brim, and I had to stay in front of the building until someone moved. What was surprising to me was the clientele, thought it's in a nicer part of Northridge, most of the the people we say roaming the hotel looked like druggies, gang members, and a woman who was clearly high was roaming around the lobby waiting for someone. It made me feel unbelievably uncomfortable. The room I booked (dbl queen) for a friend and I was gone, so I ended sleeping on the couch. We were so scared of falling asleep that we pushed furniture against the door and slept with the light on. The room was so dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. The curtains and blankets were dirty, and the amenities were bare. You had to request an iron for the room. The only redeeming factor was that the check in clerk was nice, but she has like 5 jobs within the hotel (saw her folding towels) so she was hard to find at times. Will never stay at again, and was not worth the $$ paid.
