Nice hotel, bad room

Booked in advance but was placed in an ADA room. Everything in the room was lower, which would have been fine if my husband wasnt 6’3. Almost no water pressure in the shower, two towels in total provided, room heater/ ac unit was not adjustable, and that was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever had... second night I laid pillows end to end to try and improve the night’s sleep. I won’t be back.

Some of the staff memebwra were rude

One of the members made a charge to my card that wasnt supposed too inhad problema getting them to avoid the charge and very uncomfortable alarms going off very early in the morning

Tony, We apologize if any of our team members came across as rude. This is uncharacteristic of our hotel and staff, and we are always looking for ways to improve our customer experience. As for the alarms, this was part of a California State mandated test that needs to be performed once a year. We did notify our guests with letters in the rooms. This hotel is close to shopping and was immaculate in its cleanliness. All the staff was fantastic. I had a wonderful stay.

Nice Experience

Pros: Facility, Location and Staff
Cons: Parking way too expensive specially when you stay for an extended period.
Location: Great location close to restaurant, shopping centers etc.....
The Hotel it's self was very comfortable and nice, staff and room service was amazing. However, the bathroom was not clean , there was hairs everywhere and even though we stay three night new towels were not replaced as well as the toiletries, or toilet paper. Overall, our stay was nice, and the location of the hotel was amazing walking distance to shopping center, restaurants etc.....

Uncomfortable

I requested bath-gown & glass cup to the room service . But staffs ignored my polite request & they did unkindly attitude (service)

Air conditioner is keeping blowing one bed. Make us hard to sleep well and caught cold.

Great hotel, large rooms, centrally located

Pros: what's not to like....comfortable, welcoming, friendly staff, excellent showers and bathroom amenities..the brunch .but no notice it ends at 10 AM
Cons: Signage and access to the self-parking garage. Once inside (a tricky maneuver) the signage/directions are very poor, almost non-existent.
Location: lots of major big box stores and close by the Villages mall (Costco/Macy's, etc.)
Not knowing what to expect, we were most pleased by the Hilton hotel...a very welcoming staff, large rooms with all the comforts..including a fridge which is always appreciated. It certainly is well located for those requiring housing in the Woodland Hills area.

Very Noisy - Kept Awake All Night

Pros: Location
Cons: Better housekeeping and add some type of soundproofing to the halls.
With a 1" gap at the bottom of the door, every sound from in the hall came into room, you could hear people's conversations as they walked by. All night long loud door slams as well created a very poor nights sleep. Went to make coffee in the room's coffee maker and there was a used coffee packet in the machine that had not been cleaned out by housekeeping. Will not stay here again, but the location was very good.

Nice room and location

Pros: Good location for going to the USC Football .
Cons: Charge to much for parking.
Nice Hotel, got a good price thru Expedia or would be pricey when you add in parking.
