Great Management teams! Friendliest front desk staffs! Most amazing house keeper. We have a child. Natalie the wonderful house keeper on 12th floor was so gracious and gave us new towels when asked and kept our room so clean and tidy like home! Amazing stay!! Best Hotel ever!

Very nice hotel, close to restaurants

Hotel staff was very friendly. The hotel itself was very nice. Nice clean rooms. Beds are very comfortable. My only complaint would be is having to pay $20 to park. It has always been a complaint and will continue to be anytime I have to pay to park at a hotel.

First off, when we got there, we asked to be upgraded to a room with a balcony. They said one was not available, but we were placed next to a room with one that was not used the entire trip. We even knocked on the door to see if anyone was staying there... more than once. Secondly, the air conditioning was broken and leaked into the carpet the first night. They left us a super dirty and super loud fan to use instead. We couldn't use it because the sound interfered with what we were doing. Then, the electronics in the room barely worked. The TV would cut on and off throughout the entire trip. Every time it turned off and back on, it went back to the default channel, so we would have to constantly change the channel back to what we were watching . The wifi did not work at all. For our entire trip, we used our cell phones as wireless hotspots for our laptops.

Definitely recommend Hilton to family and friends .. will be staying at the Hilton again .. had a peaceful stay .. enjoyed every second ..

Nice hotel with good location

We lived in the hotel during Labor Day holiday. The room was clean and the environment around the hotel is good. We are very enjoyable for this trip.

Parking Price

The parking prices are rediculous! Next door public parking is 50% cheaper

Nice place, not a good check-in experience

During check-in the parking staff made no effort to guide their customers where to head to for self parking, they seemed very reluctant to give you any info about where the self parking is (main entrance was closed for renovation) but were friendly to valet parking customers, rooms are very spacious and clean

Clean and Comfortable, decent food

Pros: cleanliness, very comfortable beds and close to major highways and restaurants.
Cons: wifi should be included, a robe and water in the room.
Location: Malls, hwys to major attractions, restaurants, not far from Topanga canyon which leads into Malibu/ Santa Monica.
This hotel was very comfortable and accommodating. Be prepared to pay for parking. We opted for valet as the parking lot is a very long walk away especially with luggage. It's $20 for parking or $24+ tip for valet. The rooms are very clean and have coffee however there is no water in the room. No robes either. We ordered room service the duration of our stay for breakfast and dinner; it comes fairly quickly and was acceptable quality. There is no pool, however you are very close to Malibu as it's only about 20 minutes away. Wifi costs $14 in the room or free in the lobby. We paid for the wifi. I would recommend the room and we would stay there again for sure.
