Close to the airport

Pros: Close to the airport
Cons: No charge for parking
Just an overnight stay..close to the airport...disappointed I was charged for the parking....the room was nice.

Surprised at the 26.00 parkibg fee, fir the pruce i paid fir the room and parking i ckuld of gitten a nicer hotel closer to Universsl Studios..

Quick night before flying out

Typical Marriott. Nice outside bar and restaurant. I just can't rate a Marriott next to the airport better than a 4. Marriott also needs to get ride of the Daily Grill. It just isn't that good and is way over prices for what it is. I don't understand how that concept makes it.

Pros: NOTHING
Cons: The manager is extremely unprofessional, rude and obviously racist.
I had a horrible experience and would not recommend this hotel to anyone The first room smelled like dog and urine. We requested to move to another room and had to wait over a half hour for them to move us. When they finally did we were put into a room where the shower was broken. On top of this the hotel staff never mentioned that they charge $23 for parking that is extremely far and inconvenient. They charged my card the parking fee without asking my permission or ever explaining to me that there even was a fee. In the morning I talked to the manager, Mr. McClure and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. I feel like he was racist and treated us in a way that was very hurtful, especially because of the fact that we were in Burbank in the first place because we had a death in the family and were grieving. It was awful to be dealing with that and then have this horrible experience at the hotel where we were treated like dirt. I will never ever go back to that hotel and would tell people the experience is definitely not worth the cost.

Bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, especially toilet. Comforter had holes in it, wall under window had holes in it. Carpet looked dirty. The lobby and fitness center were nice/clean, but it’s more important to have a clean room.

Convenient for Burbank

My only issue with the hotel was my bathroom. The rest of the room was in good condition and clean. The bathroom seemed to be in disrepair. The shower curtain bar was broken and bent. The tub faucet was coming out of the wall and the shower head had a lot of mineral build up. Just not 4 star quality. Hence 3. Not really worth the price at point. The rest of the facility looks newly renovated so maybe it will be updated soon.
