Bartender judged My Tattoos not professional He asked me if I had a happy childhood because I had tattoos and proceeded to talk about how they were part of not having a chappy happy childhood

Great and convenient

When I fly into Burbank, it is very easy to get on the Marriott shuttle especially late in the evening. The restaurant is 1st class. The breakfast buffet is the best I've experienced. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great place to stay.

Great stay. Clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was parking. Valet was quite expensive and so self parking was pretty far.

The new outside bar/lounge was wonderful.

We enjoyed the new outside bar/lounge with fantastic seating and the fire pits were awesome! Loved it out there! Room was clean and comfortable, tv was weird and needed to have staff come and fix it, but they were prompt. Nice staff and the restaurant was pricey, but lovely. I wanted the special, but ended up getting the chicken pot pie because of the price tag. Pot pie was delicious though.

Looks good

The first impression is wow looks great and high expectations are set, but then I checked in without a thought and gave my card when asked they didn't inform me they were going to charge my card a fee for deposit. Then they asked me to change my room instead of 2beds with my son and I we had to share a 1 king bed which if you have kid(s) is not a what you want to do on vacation. Over all the hotel tried to make up.for the bad experience but won't use them again for several bad experiences including bad food over pricing the room service ect ants crawling on us TV reception horrible beds we're cleaned but that's about as basic as it gets.

The room accommodation were very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable... like sleeping in my own bed
