Convenient for Burbank

My only issue with the hotel was my bathroom. The rest of the room was in good condition and clean. The bathroom seemed to be in disrepair. The shower curtain bar was broken and bent. The tub faucet was coming out of the wall and the shower head had a lot of mineral build up. Just not 4 star quality. Hence 3. Not really worth the price at point. The rest of the facility looks newly renovated so maybe it will be updated soon.

It was, close, clean, quiet and comfortable. There was some filing going on which caused a bit of an inconvenience.

Nice place to stay the bathroom is outdated tub is peeling with black gross stuff in the corner

Went for a Convention, got the whole experience

Pros: The facilities, the room with the view. The room had a fridge. The bar by the gift shop was breakfast bar during morning and bar at night.
Cons: The exit from the health club area to outside, where one goes to the convention building...that area almost always smelled really bad like dog poop
Location: close walk to dennys, mcdonalds, and del taco. A llittle farther walk to Burbank Empire Center Mall, but we did walk it. Everything was there.
My mom and I went to the Once Upon a Time convention. That is why we chose to stay at this hotel, so we would be literally steps from the events. The hotel is beautiful and has excellent amenities. 2 pools with cabanas, 2 bars and 1 is outside with fire pits and heat lamps for nighttime enjoyment. The Grill restaurant attached is nice and open late which is a huge plus for me. The only reasons for 2 stars lost in staff and facilities condition are as follows: The check-in parking was used up when we arrived and we had to make our own spot in order to go inside and check-in and get instructions on where and how to park since it required a key. During this time a valet attendant approached us at the check-in counter asking if that was our car. I thought that was poor taste, the valet staff clearly knew the car was ours as they were all standing around when we walked in the front door. Also, the lady at the check-in desk was very short with us and patronizing. I thought it was possibly a cultural difference since she seemed to have a strong accent. Either way she wasn't super patient. Besides that, the rest of the staff was extremely professional. The second bad mark is the jacuzzi was quite cold when we went to use it the last night of our stay. The other customer also remarked that it had just started to warm up, and it was 1030 at night so there's no reason it should have been off.

Room was not quality inspected before our use.

Pros: Location.
Cons: Managment should assure the hotel unit is properly inspected and is ready for use before customer use. Management should return customer calls.
Location: Nothing other than the location of the airport.
Toilet leaked, ventalation system was noisy, shower did not drain, manager did not return my multiple calls re the above matters.

Clean, Close to Airport

My two sons and I stayed at this hotel for one night. Rooms and facility were clean, staff was friendly, and grill and bar were reasonable with good food and drink

Nice hotel near airport

We really enjoyed our stay. The outdoor bar was pleasure to sit at in the evening and the food delicious. Staff was professional and friendly.

great hotel near everything in LA and Bob Hope

Pros: Close to airport
Cons: FRont needs landscaping. It is going way way downhill. Put money in it. Not the Wisteria though.
Location: Fly into Bob hope and fly out five minutes away to airport
The cleaning staff et. al. are the best. front desk you name it.
