“This place worked nicely for us as our son lives nearby. I cooked my meals, and while the counter space is limited I was able to do what I needed to do. I did bring a couple pans from home as there wasn’t a huge selection provided. The big bathroom is great, as is the huge tv! We enjoyed watching Netflix as if we were in a theater. Handy parking, good location if you’re driving… lots of stores nearby and easy freeway access. It’s not really a “go out and take a walk” kind of neighborhood though.……

“The owner was very responsive and explained everything in detail. Parking was challenging. Out of the 5 nights we were only able to park in front 2 times. Bedroom closest to back patio, bed was really soft with a “dip.” The shower was too short and hard to step in to. We had to use the larger bath and shower.Kitchen was great! Backyard area was great!Bedrooms with king sized beds very roomy. Bedroom in the middle with largest bathroom was very tight for 2 people. We had a great time and would……

“Listing fails to mention condo is on the THIRD FLOOR and host wanted to argue ground/1st floor, although the building itself labeled the upper floors 2nd and 3rd.No elevator, so if you have accessibility issues, beware. Lesson learned.”

“House was sparkling clean and had efficient use of space, with plenty of room. All appliances and supplies were easy to use and convenient. Parking was a breeze - on the street but right in front of the house. Check in information and procedure was smooth with clear instructions for combination locks. Roman was very responsive to our initial issue with no hot water and explained exactly what to do to fix it. The stool chairs at the island eating space are fun to look at but exceedingly……

“I was in town for a family reunion. I wanted a place to accommodate me, my sister, her son, and my daughter, both adults. The location was great, as it is very near Balboa Park, the venue for the reunion. We arrived to a clean, easy to access home, with plenty of room and a beautiful back patio. The house worked out great. We even had some family back to the house after the reunion. Patrick was availableand responded immediately as we communicated”

“The host was very responsive. The parking in the back is extremely tight, especially for big vehicles. The kitchen is super neat and you have everything you need in there. My only concern was the sleeper sofa. If you have any back problems, like me, this won't work for you. We gave the bedroom to our grandma so my back felt it a little. It's just not comfortable. Some items seemed used by previous guests and not replaced. The bathroom is outdated, no lock either. Overall, location is great, it's……
