Our luggage stolen from our room

We was in Bay Landing Hotel november 2. - november 7. and we are deeply outraged due to the hotel support. November 7. morning I indicated that our baggage disappeared from our room (303). On the front office, the colleague said, she is not competent, I can discuss only with the manager, but the manager is busy (She said the manager talking on the phone).
That morning started our airplane, so I had only 20 minutes (We noticed a theft during the packaging) before started the shuttle, and in this time the manager was continuously busy.
The front office colleauge promised, the manager will write me email as soon as possible how would be compensated this situation, and she wrote my email adresse, but I didn’t get email from Hotel, or from manager.
I’m deeply outraged, because in hotel robbed me (In the baggage was all gifts, what we purchased), and the staff did nothing, she did not want write a riport, the manager was unattainable, and now the hotel act as if nothing had happened (In the hotel lobby was camera recording, so the situation is verifiable).
The baggage was lost:
- brown shopbag with a following content:
- brand new Ipad Mini 128GB (499 USD)
- brand new Gopro hero 5 Base (399 USD)
- some T-shirts ( about 60 USD)
- some fridge magnet ( about 20 USD)
- 2 mug ( about 27 USD)
I tried every way to contact with the manager, but do not react anything.
