Rooms too small. Too close to a very busy highway so continuously noisy and impossible to rest or sleep.

The room was overpriced, and not very clean.

Location: Near the SF airport. Noisy traffic, noisy airport, a small dirty room, a noisy heater cycling on and off all night....no sleep! Need I say more?
The room was overpriced through Expedia, and I found out that their regular normal price was substantially lower than I actually had to pay through Expedia's "price guarantee". Expedia had me believing I found a good deal, until I actually saw what I was paying for. I came in late in the evening so I was pretty much stuck with it anyway. Never again. The carpet was so dirty that my wife would not let her feet or socks touch it. The shower had the previous guests' used washrag hung on the shower curtain rail. One of the pillow cases had a piece of hair several inches long on it (not ours).

Bedbugs

Pros: Easy check in, and they had a smoking room
Cons: Bedbugs
Location: Close to places to eat
Was going to use this as a guy away for me and my girlfriend. A night together without the kids. Didn't work out that way. I sent her home in the early morning, barely after midnight. She was getting eaten up by bedbugs.

One Night Stand

Although the room was okay, the location of the hotel was a problem. It is too close to the road and vehicle traffic is easily heard. My other concern was that I received a knock on my door at 3:45 am. A pretty woman asked if I was Brad. You can interpret the rest of the story.

Don't stay here - it's creepy!

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything - the facility is badly in need of cleaning.
Minimally clean, old, noisy - difficult to get to - lots and lots of deferred maintenance.

Decent price

Our flight was canceled and for the price in this hotel wasn't bad. We only stayed for about six hours before our new flight had to leave.

Rooms need to have a coffee maker.

Pros: location, easy parking, close to mall and freeway access
Cons: Provide coffee maker
Location: Mall and movie theater. Good restaurants nearby
Microwave present, refrig present but no coffee maker. Hard to understand why this is not included. Would bet 98% of guests would use one.

Served its purpose but expensive.

Tight parking. Room smelled weird, airing it out helped. I closed it up and left for dinner. The smell was back when I returned from dinner. It is a little noisy being close to the freeway but that didn't bother me.

Hotel of disappointment

When we checked in, the hotel staff gave us a hard time to get 2 keys for 2 guests. They said it's hard to make 2 keys, which inevitably was a swipe on the machine. Then the keys didn't work. Staff told us the key reader battery was dead and to get them whenever either of us wanted to get in the room. I fussed until they gave us another room. Again they gave me a hard time for 2 keys. Barely any parking because the remodeling of the outside had the parking full of the contractors trucks and equipment. Extremely uncomfortable with the construction workers outside of the room who now know my room # and that I have to walk across the parking lot to get the front desk staff to let me in my room. Horrible service. Stinky rooms.
