shuttle from airport

The shuttle is far less frequent compare with others. I was waiting for their shuttle for a long time when I see other hotels pass 3-5 times.

Airport hotel

Bed was uncomfortable and there was no bedside table for a glass of water. Chose hotel for airport shuttle.

Nice hotel close to airport

Pros: Proximity to airport; clean room; great room service; ample parking
Cons: The lady at the breakfast area should be more friendly Asked for a plate & plastic fork/spoon for having dinner at room; they didn't bother to respond
Location: Close to airport is an advantage; not much shops/eatery around. Within 5-7 miles radius things are available.
Pleasant stay; free parking; by the side of airport; nice breakfast buffet and eve bar

Good rate of a hotel in San Francisco

Pros: We loved the breakfast! so far the best breakfast we have tried among 5 different hotels!
Cons: they are working on it, which is the update of furniture etc.
Location: Near the airport and even of the pier 39.
Kind of outdated but they are in the process of renewing elevator, rooms, etc.

Hotel staff was friendly but....

Hotel staff was friendly but rooms were a lot smaller than I expected. We also had a toilet, sink and shower leak which was inconvenient. The thing that bothered me if there was one elevator for the ENTIRE HOTEL. 8 floors with dozens of rooms per floor and only one, single, elevator. It was a pain to load the car with my child's things and bags waiting on the elevator took longer than we hoped. Needless to say, I will not be staying there again. Not the greatest first impression and there are many other competitors out there.

Hi Erica - sorry for the inconvenience. Yes, we are upgrading our elevators and this project takes some time, however, we always have 2 elevators in service. There are signs to direct guests to the service elevator - actually 2 signs at each elevator landing. Sorry you overlooked the 2 signs. Please come back and give us another try.

Pros: parking
Location: next to airport. good for the night after a long flight
close to airport, free shuttle and free parking, wifi worked well, helpful staff

Old worn hotel

Cons: Remodel
Location: There is nothing close there to do
The hotel is shabby. The room with a queen sized bed required me to jump over my husband to get out of bed. The room was so small two people could barely stand in it at the same time. The staff was virtually clueless on how to get around to San Francisco.
