"Well located, nice boutique hotel"
Looked for a well priced boutique hotel experience close to shopping and Moscone center for convention and in close proximity to other convention goers at neighboring hotels. Hotel lobby was updated and nicely decorated and rooms were very clean and modern (although small) and staff was accomodating. My only complaint was when I asked places to eat they couldn't provide any recommendations. Overall experience was great and would stay there again if pricing stays under most other alternatives

"What a Wonderful Find!"
We came for the 49ers v. Packers game (GO PACK GO) and really just needed a place to lay our heads. However, we ended up relaxing in the room more than we usually would have because it was so comfortable. The staff that we encountered, Omar, Olivia, Edgardo, and Ann, were so helpful and sweet. Omar made sure we knew how to get everywhere. He whipped out a map and started circling where we were going. This made it especially easy to get around. We had the complimentary breakfast which had all kinds of things to choose from and was so convenient for us on game day. I'm not sure what Edgardo's title is, but he was always ready to assist us with anything we needed. On top of that, he baked homemade cookies for the entire hotel that were SO delicious. What a treat! Olivia helped me with some Internet issues I had and helped us print out our boarding passes for our flight home. We only met Ann on the way out, but what a sweetheart! Just a really nice, homey place we would recommend highly and will return to when visiting San Francisco again.

"Nice, comfortable hotel."
All staff very helpful and pleasant. Grounds very pretty, as well as the inside of the hotel. Very nicely decorated. Rooms very nice. I thought the shower area was awesome, but, my travel companion had not seen this type of shower before. It is open with no door or curtain. It was uncomfortable to him, so, you might want to give a heads up to people about the shower area, just in case. At least put a picture of it on your web page.

Valet was horrible. Took over an hour to get my car out. They were confused upon our return as to putting it back in valet. Jose at the front was great. Needs some cleaning and updating. Great location.

Largely very satisfactory experience. Pleasant, helpful service, spacious, comfortable and well-appointed room. Thorough facilities and amenities. Two complaints: At a facility of such quality and price, there should be no charge for in-room WIFI and no charge for business center use. These shortcomings are mostly obviated by the use of a personal iPhone WIFI hotspot and personal tablet, but they're still somewhat unwelcoming.

Old world charm, but could do with option of modern features like air conditioning. Ceiling fan helpful but street too noisy to sleep with window open. Rooms small but adequate. Clean Staff friendly and helpful

"An Underwhelming hotel. "
I was excited to stay here because the pictures online looked amazing. The hotel rooms looked so lush and luxurious. There is nothing wrong with this hotel. The hotel is not bad but the hotel did not meet up to the expectations of the pictures. Therefore the hotel was underwhelming. Hotels in San Francisco are very expensive and I usually like to stay at something under $200. That is impossible to find in San Francisco other than dump hotels or airport hotels. Hotel Diva was around the $300 range. I dont think it really looked like a $300 a night hotel. The room was ok. It had some nice design elements to it. Interesting head board, etc. I did have a separate sitting room/den with a flat screen tv., fun window screen, beaded curtain for the coat closet. But like i said, not the luxury hotel i was thinking of. The location was ok. It is on theater row. So it reminded me a lot of Times Square in NYC with all the usual party animals staggering about at night and all sorts of sketchy people during the day. There are some good restaurants next door to the hotel but I didn't have a chance to explore them. Neimans/Union Square shopping was only 3 blocks away. It was pretty easy to get cabs from here.

In easy walking distance to the majority of the towns attractions. My only negative comment would be in regards to the shower in the room - the water pressure was weak and didn't feel like you'd showered !!
