This is an amazingly nice quiet and clean hotel with a REALLY nice couple that runs it. We stayed at another hotel and realized that we rather stay at this one no matter what while ijn San Francisco. We run a non profit and have to stay in the city at times and this is best for us.

This property did not have a microwave or a refrigerator. I was hoping there was. The noise from other rooms can be heard. It was nasty.

We would always recommend guests communicate their specific needs by calling in advance to confirm any requests. Regarding the noise issue, we regret any disturbance and once again encourage guests to report such incidents to the front desk, specifying the disruptive room. This allows us to address the concern promptly by notifying the guests in question. While we don't consider any issues you encountered to define our property as "nasty," regardless we appreciate your feedback. My stay was great. It's a cute and clean place. The people running it were very professional, friendly and helpful. I wish there was a mini-fridge though, that's the only thing that bothered me a bit.

Bed was super uncomfortable, towels were paper thin. There was a bad smell in the room and I just couldn't figure what it was. It was too late to go and ask for a room change since the parking looked full I figured the place was full as well.

The owners of this property are extremely friendly & patient. We had a lovely stay. The only drawback is that the parking lot is extremely tight.

The hotel was quiet. The room was good but cleaning is not enough. I saw small shaved hair near the sink and also on the bed. Needs deep cleaning. Other then that it was a comfortable stay.
