Very well located!

Their check in Staff were very friendly and ellective. We were 14 and they even took out spaces used by staff to allow parking of our two vans.

Close to everything ,room clean and comfortable.staff could be better( owner had a domestic) .

Hotel close to wharf.

Great fresh pastries in the more on observation deck. All attraction are really close and transportation in right out the door. Employees are very friendly.

Great location, free parking, beautiful terrace

Cons: Sleeping sofas
We stayed in a room with 1 king bed and a sofa-bed. Room was nice and clean, but the sofa was terrible, the mattress was too soft and too thin and the metallic frame was deformated. It was very inconvenient to sleep on it even for 7 years old kid and yet much worse for adults. So better to take 2 queen beds if you have >2 guests in a room. The hotel has a very cool terrace on a roof, and a small but nice garden! The location is great, you can easily get everywhere by walking. The district is clean and safe, no homeless people around. The breakfast is OK - coffee/tea, juice, bakery, flakes/milk. Good WiFi and convenient working desk.

good location nice staff no sanitation

Pros: Good Staff and Location
Cons: If the they can improve the sanitation it will be good
Location: It is close to Marina Park and other restaurants
The sanitation was not good , shower was leaking and low pressure of water in shower

ok hotel but over priced for what you get,

Pros: convenient to what marine district and what we needed easy access to golden gate bridge
Cons: most everything
Location: golden gate bridge, fishermans warf, presidio, marina district,cow hollow,pacific heights
tv did not work the whole stay. asked for assistance several times each day but was ignored or made promices that were not kept. Parking is limited, so you take your car out hoping there will be a space when you return. cars were parked s close to ours that we could not get in to the car. had to wait for them to have owners move cars

Good Location

We stayed at the Buena Vista three nights while in San Francisco. The location was great...hotel not so great. It was pretty outdated and was even missing a smoke detector with only wires showing. The outdoor sitting area is about the only thing that was a bonus here.

Nice hotel. Free Parking.

Pros: free parking
Cons: our room did not have refrigerator
Location: We enjoyed walking for exercise to Pier 39. We could also take the Hop On & OFF Tour Bus which stops at the hotel.
We stayed 3 nights. We typically left our SUV in its free parking spot in the garage. The Tour Bus stops in front of hotel. We walked to Pier 39, restaurants, etc.

Was dirty, had alcohol bottles under the beds etc. Slightly updated, breakfast was decent with muffins and fruit. Free parking was a nice change and was relatively close to most attractions.
