Club Quarters in SF is in a great location! Staff is awesome, I was able to check in early and got a room upgrade for free! The property is nice. It’s nice for the price, I didn’t expect all the bells and whistles so you get what you pay for. The free WiFi and teli was an added bonus.
We selected this hotel for the location but were pleasantly surprised by the amenities and service
Good location and nice updated rooms. Unfortunately we were woken late at night and at 5am by the loud noises the people in the next room were making. I’m not sure if this was the lack of sound proofing or just some very inconsiderate guests but this wasn’t great especially as we were very tired ...
I was very well pleased with the hotel. Great service, very clean & the Cityscape view was amazing.
Clean, comfortable rooms. Lobby recently renovated and lovely to sit and relax.
First class hotel and staff, everyone was extremely professional and courteous. The staff lent me a laptop charger, an HDMI cable, and an umbrella which was a lifesaver. The room was well decorated and comfortable, the only downside was that the room looked rather worn and the drawers and doors were ...
Very good clean new hotel. Restaurant staff were kind. Not too far from union square or Westfield mall.
Excellent experience! I will definitely return to this hotel when staying in the area.
layout, location and service were excellent. we loved the atrium, where you can sit, hang out and enjoy the hotel. loved the slippers in the room. we will be back for sure.
I like the fact that it’s an older hotel with charm.
The Hotel Nikko was close to all the shopping in Union Square and walking distance to Moscone Center. The room was clean and the layout was nice. This is my 3rd time here and it never disappoints me.
Good location and facility. The room was clean, tidy with comfortable bed.
Location location location! Right in Union Square. I'm very picky about where we stay during any holiday. I do a lot of research to ensure that the place and area I'm staying is clean, safe, close to restaurants and places I want to visit. Chancellor is a family owned boutique style hotel. The beds ...
I needed a nice hotel close to the airport for a very short stay (5 hours!) This was a fantastic option and great amenities (I didn't realise my bag was checked all the way through!)
I needed to add a rollaway last minute and staff was very accommodating. The down point of the visit was our room keys did not work, we had to go back to registration two extra times before the keys worked. 3 times was the charm.
This property was above and beyond awesome. In particular I would like to give a huge shout out to Debbie at the concierge's desk. She was very helpful and went out of her way to help our group. A+++++ to her and the property in general.
Easy to park and Room was very nice and many conveniences nearby
Location and hotel bar was great with friendly staff.
