"The hotel was clean and quiet. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. I used the airport parking and shuttle service as part of my stay. I was nervous about leaving my car, but the parking lot was clean and it made me feel as if staff were out there on a regular basis just keeping things neat and being a presence. The shuttle drivers were on time and friendly. Would definitely stay here again."

"Clean. Inexpensive compared to other hotels at this level. Like being around lots of Chinese restaurants as the food is better at that price level. Feels safe there. Can walk anywhere. The food in the hotel is not bad. Bad things, to be picky, I don’t like shower curtains. It’s a little ‘grey’ and very little sense of fun or color. The room is dark even with every light on. It’s more of a really good ‘business’ hotel. "

"Its affordable, clean and safe. From check-in to check-out we were feeling at home. Staff is so kind, cheerful and really helpful. The location is perfect, you have access to main bus routes around the city. The hotel is also good for travellers cause it has free water and coffee in mornings. Its true there are lots of homeless people around Union Square area but this has nothing to do with this hotel, its SF’s problem. "

"Great property, location was good located within walking distance to Pier 39 restaurants. Fog Harbor wonderful fresh seafood. The Hyatt General Manager Ryan Turner makes a point to connect with most guest almost daily. That's not something you see much of today. The Valet (George) is awesome and is very knowledgeable of surrounding area, a great resource for restaurant suggestions. Overall a SUPERB property. "
