We just wanted a weekend getaway close to home. The hotel is away from the bustle and noise of SF, which is what we wanted. Located in a business area it’s not visually stunning but that’s not what we were there for. Our check in was awesome - we got a free room upgrade to a suite. It was extremely ...
Loved the hotel, but it was a bit to busy. Was not able to enjoy the views of the city due to the only place to view it was so crowded, their was no place to sit or stand. They should offer park your own vehicle at the hotel not only valet parking which is over priced. It makes it very inconvienent ...
Nice business or couples hotel. Near Chinatown. At the top of California Avenue, so be prepared if you walk to climb a steep and difficult hill. And going downhill, probably best NOT to wear high-heels. Other than that, nice lobby and bar/café to eat at. Didn't love the shower in the handicapped ...
Top notch Hotel, but, our room was facing the 101 freeway,we could hear the traffic starting to ram up by 6 in the morning. Also, are room was connected to a suite and could hear the other guy who was in that room at high volume listening to the news, so with these two concerns we were awake early ...
I brought my wife here for Valentines weekend. The lobby of the hotel is beautiful and tall. The furniture is very artistic and modern. What I didn’t like I found what appeared to be blood smeared on the wall near my room bathroom. The staff is lovely.
The hotel staff helped me check in a bit early because I had to get to a conference. They were great with directions on how to get around the city. Very kind folks. The cleaning staff were great as well.
The hotel was very nice and conveniently located to Fisherman wharf area. Rooms were modern and clean. The only drawbacks were the street noise was terrible, our room was very close to an intersection and heard a lot of screaming and sirens the first night. We noticed someone’s car window had been ...
This hotel is ideal if you want to stay by Union square and walk around all the shops and stores. There are two trolley stops immediately outside the hotel, you also have a Starbucks and a CVS next door which is awesome. If you like to walk you can literally walk from Chancellor Hotel to pier 1 as ...
Went well. Did not have any issues. Had a good dinner at the hotel. Friendly service. Room is clean. Very convenient being close to San Francisco airport. Price was reasonable.
Nice hotel excelente ubicación nice crews rooms cleaned fast and good room service
Pleasant stay. Good amenities - free parking, breakfast and coffee round the clock. Business centre handy for printing boarding passes.
Quiet room with a lovely view. Very busy during the holiday season but location, location, location! It was very nice.
Overall good experience. Convenient location and great access to public transportation. Room wasn’t very large. Staff was friendly. Seemed a little Expensive for what you get.
