Small room with new furniture, comfortable bed, empty mini fridge and microwave. Right next to a Starbucks. I'd definitely stay here again. It was perfect for me.
I was looking for an affordable hotel in a pricey market but found a good one. Conveniently located in Union Square, the hotel was charming and well kept. Stayed in a (2) twin bed room with a bathroom. Smallish but very functional considering what I paid to stay in downtown San Francisco. Also, very ...
They just reopened in April so the whole hotel is very clean. I strayed in imperial club room (thanks to Expedia sale, price was the same as for regular room in Westin). Room was amazing, large, very clean, nicely designed. Here "quiet room" truly means quiet. Loved the small tablet that was easy ...
This is one of the firsts hotel me and my wife stayed 3 days for and loved ever second of it. It was a nice experience and if we plan on going back for another San Francisco trip we know that this is the place we are going to stay at. Thank you it was a awesome trip!
Pros: Good location, near to Metro Station, near Powell Street. Staff are very nice. When I got to the hotel , it was just morning but the staff are quite helpful that they let me check in at that time without need waiting till 3pm. Cons: The facility in the hotel is a bit old.
Easy going staff. Accommodated late check out with a smile to allow us to fully enjoy lunch- it was much appreciated. Room was comfortable and clean. Easy access to restaurants, theater, shopping ( 3 blocks from Union Square). I usually like a more modern decor but I enjoyed my stay here.
Got to hotel early, room was ready & was offered & accepted an upgrade with a nice view. Room was clean & despite being nearer the elevators was quiet. Beware of the fancy elevators-- we were engaged in conversation and didn't realize that you need to enter floor number OUTSIDE and then look for ...
