Comp filtered, chiĺled water refilling station on each floòr with espresso/tea/soda snacks in lobby-lounge. All staff are friendly and helpful. Location is excellent. Used extensively by air crew. Room was too small for more than one person. The room could also do with updated decor and a good vacuum... ...
I could hear conversation, et al on adjacent rooms on both sides of my room. It made for sleep deprived nights. there was also cigarette smoke that came into my room from another, and this is supposed to be a smoke-free property.
The hotel is in a prime location, right next to public transport links which make it easy to travel round the city. The standard of the hotel overall is good, although could do with a refresh decor wise. The rooms are big, comfortable, and clean. Staff are very friendly and efficient.
The hotel was very clean & staff friendly. The room we booked was tiny but the decor was super charming. It was an ok size for just the 2 of us, plus with touring around to see the sites we didn’t spend a huge amount of time in the room itself. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the MUNNI ...
Very nice hotel within walking distance to the Wharf area of San Francisco! The valet attendants were extremely friendly and accommodating! The front desk staff were pleasant. Loved the outside atrium with their natural gas fireplace. What a beautiful way to enjoy a cocktail at the end of a fun filled ...
The room was nice and big, especially for the price. The gym was small but effective. Only issue was that the hot tub was out of service.
Well the hotel is in the Tenderloin so ya it's a little rough, but be smart about it. It is just at the edge of the Tenderloin. Make sure to turn left when you leave the hotel or left onto O'farell and it's fine Great places nearby like Liho Liho Yacht Club! Waited at the bar for a spot was insanely ...
Monty checked me in - he started my stay with an excellent experience! Monty is a wonderful employee, keep him! Paul the Concierge was very good at his job and helped with directions and information. The driver that took us to the airport was courteous and a great driver.
6 year anniversary, I called to set up flowers etc. Laura at the front desk set up flowers and a bottle of champagne. Great service and great room for reasonable price!
The staff were great and the location is unbeatable, nearby Union Square. The hotel lobby needs some renovations because looks outdated but the rooms are comfortable and clean.
Very comfortable hotel in convenient location for Terminal 1, Chinatown and Nob Hill. Good transport links. Within the financial district, so area is nice and quiet at the weekend.
Clean hotel, nice and helpful staff. Easy check in/check out. Nice lobby bar and good location to the financial district. Lots of choices for food/drinks within walking distance (just avoid the direction towards the Tenderloin as it's really close).
This hotel is conveniently located close to Chinatown and Union Square. The rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful and accommodating. They let us leave our bags in the hotel lobby for the entire day, and even provided locks for our bags, while we went out to explore the city after checking ...
Great hotel, will be staying here again if/when in the area! Comfortable beds and room was spacious.
