Within walking distance to Pier. Room smaller than I expected, though adequate.
Extremely nice, good for a business trip. Cool outside pool area and little fire place
Convenient location and room size was exceptional. Very nice views as well and bedding was quite comfortable. Have stayed at this property in the past and it always meets or exceeds expectations.
Very nice & up scale. Location is great. Overall excellent!
Common areas are nice. My room, 505, was a bit cramped. It faces Pine Street, which is very noisy during the night, with garbage trucks, etc. the heating system was wonky, and I could get it to produce any heat! Warning to older guests- the hotel has been transformed into a bit of a “hipster” ...
Nice hotel in the hub of SF. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.
The room was nice. I have no complaints about the Intercontinental.
Very nice hotel, convenient airport shuttle. Staff are knowledgable about surrounding area with recommendations for dinner and shopping.
Great hotel, good location, very large room with a view of the bay. no complaints! I would definitely stay here again.
It's good enough, it is really good enough, like really
Beautiful hotel close to Macy’s and Union Square. The staff were helpful and friendly and room service was speedy and great quality. I would highly recommend this hotel.
We stayed only one night, but the location was great... close to Fisherman's Wharf, the cable car, restaurants and activities. The concierge was extremely helpful and provided some great recommendations for nearby restaurants. Enjoyed the "pier" theme of the property.
Superb location on the Cable Car Line & right on top of Union Square
The convenience to the bay area and free shuttle to the airport is great. My only let down was the lack of on-site laundry facilities. Everything else is great!
Great location! Older hotel but a clean room. No free wifi
Gréât hôtel, gréât location. There was a demonstration going on outside the hotel at the time and the noise could be heard from our room. The air vent in the bathroom was very dusty and requires cleaning. Could trigger allergies. I would stay there again.
Great room, friendly staff and worth the money. The continental breakfast was nice and the front desk staff went above and beyond to help us.
Our experience was fantastic. We love the hotel and the staff.
