Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Room amenities include small kitchen. Not cutting edge in terms of cosmetic updates but overall a good value.
My friend and I were going to a concert at Bill Graham Auditorium. It is 1 1/2 blocks away. It is even closer to the Orpheum Theater. We felt very safe walking to and from at night. Breakfast in the restaurant was the perfect end to our stay.
Good option to stay close to the airport. Large room, comfortable bed and even a small kitchen for longer stays. Good self-serve breakfast with many options.
Our first room was literally 2 feet from the elevators and the walls were paper thin so we quickly returned to the front desk to see if we could move. The staff was very pleasant and eager to please so they promptly offered us a different room without batting an eye. The hotel itself was definitely ...
Hotel is located in a prime location, making it easy to walk around and sight see. Rooms were clean, but the hotel charges for parking, and there is no fridge in the room. The hotel lobby is very nice, rooms are comfortable, but average.
Very friendly competent staff. Hotel well maintained. Beds very comfortable. Convenient flat location. Must give a special mention to hotel consierge Laura who was of great assistance when Grey Coach tour bus failed to pick us up from the hotel for our day tour to Monterey and Carmel. Without her ...
Room was pretty tiny. Bathroom was EXTREMELY SMALL. If your a bit on the bigger side you probably won't be able to fit into the space where they have the toilet.
This hotel is conveniently located close to Chinatown and Union Square. The rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful and accommodating. They let us leave our bags in the hotel lobby for the entire day, and even provided locks for our bags, while we went out to explore the city after checking ...
Great hotel, will be staying here again if/when in the area! Comfortable beds and room was spacious.
