Very dated hotel and not so good area

Pros: Beds
Cons: Needs updating and include extras in room price.
Location: Walking distance to great shops and cable cars.
Very dated hotel in not so good part of town to walk in at night, day was bad enough. Shower head had mould on it and toilet kept blocking. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Even though rates were good, you had to pay for extras like fridge, microwave, luggage storage.

Awkward set up

Staff was ok, and overall the room was ok. Very small and outdated but in all honesty you get what you pay for and our intention was never to stay in the room for any extended amount of time. Strange that the room was across the street in separate building from the main check in. Believe that there should have been a pre warning, being sent out into the cold with no real direction was a little scary.

Good hotel

It was during big event in downtown San Francisco. Considering the event the price and quality is good. I'll visit again next time.

Lidt for pengene

Man har en seng at sove i, det er vel det man kan sige om hotellet. Utroligt lyt, man hør alle omkring sig når de snakker, går på gulvet osv. Personalet var ikke ret hjælpsomme eller særligt venlige. Værelset som sådan var ok, men ikke pengene værd som helhed. Hotellet ligger dog 10 min gang fra Moscone/centrum hvilket er godt.

Not working

Tv did not work well air conditioner shut off first night and would not restart MUCH NEEDED COFFEE MAKER DID NOT WORK. THEN IT WAS NOT REPLACE AFTER REQUEST WAS MADE The actuals lights did work the second night Ask for a refund they did not work to get it to me.... One wierd thing a chinnese gentle showed up to help me find me remote and instead flushed my toilet three times very creepy
