Convenient location only for visiting SoMa area

Posted Nov 25, 2015
Pros: A good room rate from Expedia.
Cons: The complimentary breakfast really needs some improvement.
The room was fairly clean and comfy. Staff was nice. Be aware that the location is out of tourist area and needs to walk a few kinda sketchy blocks to the nearby metro station - though I felt safe to walk around at night. Nearby high tech companies, interesting retails, good coffee shops as well as some alternative bar scenes.

Pros: I appreciated the enclosed shower and a comfortable bed.
Cons: Staff inservice should be implemented. No customers = No job.
Staff member who registered me was efficient, but cold. Staff member at checkout was very nice. Pool should not be used at 8:30 a.m. Several people were extremely loud and disturbing. Furniture shows wear. Quality has declined.

We needed to stay in the area. Staff friendly, breakfast below average. Hotel room clean, but ugly with noisy homeless people all around property

Room was clean, bed not very comfortable but worked. Great for downtown San Francisco. Like the secured parking.

Hôtel banal à San Francisco

Posted Oct 7, 2015
Pros: Le petit déjeuner offert.
Cons: Le stationnement.

Perfect SOMA Room for Exploring Tourist

Posted Sep 26, 2015
Pros: I liked the location. And the fact that I was not disappointed with anything. Even a little pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was.
Cons: There was a nice shower only. I bathtub with shower would be better.
Location: South of Market (SOMA) area. Techies and homeless. 7 minute walk to every bus everywhere. Trendiest clubs, bars, cafes, shops & galleries.
Very clean yet typical motor inn. Rooms on 2 levels with outside access. I was out the door and to all the buses in 7 minutes on foot. Micro, fridge, cable, wifi, great air/heat. Nothing lacking. This place was a perfect "home base" for this on foot tourist. SOMA is a very mixed area. Young techies paying $6,000 a month for old 1 bedroom apts. yet lots of homeless on the streets. But don't be put off by that. I never felt threatened, day or night. I found interesting little cafes and shops nearby. And the trendiest dance clubs and nice alternative/punk/metal club/cafe, 3 blocks away. Ethnic food trucks at night and homeless grilling chicken and chops on makeshift grills on the street corner for a couple bucks. Delicious! Artsy little coffee shops. A true San Francisco experience.

Not all that bad, but could use improvements.

Posted Sep 22, 2015
Pros: Ample space in rooms, lotion smelled wonderful, cheap self parking available and free Sunday curbside parking.
Cons: Fresh fruit with breakfast should be just that, fresh. I would prefer canned fruit over what was available.
