Walkable location to restaurants and Chinatown

Location: Love the location with Chinatown only 3 blocks away
Check in/out was extremely fast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Afternoon snacks in lobby/living room area. Felt safe as hotel key required for elevator use.

close to everything and yet quiet

Pros: reminscent of a boutique hotel in manhattan .. staff seemed genuinely interested in our wellbeing
Location: walkign distance to fisherman's wharf. nob hill, cable care. BART etc etc
surprised to get a top quality hotel at a very reasonable expedia rate. this hotel is a little gem. there is a cosy living room feel in the common area with lattee/espresso machine, fruit bowl, large screen tv and comfy chairs - plus use of two computers/ Each floor has a supply of plastic bottles near the elevator with access to purified water to fill your own.. and, free wifi

Close to the BART

Great location, but that's about it

The hotel was central to where I needed to be for business, but the check in process with the kiosk was weird and seemed unnecessary. The toilet in my room ran all night, about every twenty minutes. The carpet was filthy and had debris on it. There was no sound proofing between rooms, and when the person staying in the room next to me got up the next morning at 5:30am, I could hear every step of the process.

Great location and Value

Pros: Location and Value.
Great location and value, enjoyed the stay, no real complaints. The room is a bit small, and with a room listed "for 3" with a bed and "sofa bed," The sofa bed was more of a "Chair Bed..." Small. Best for the smallest person of the 3..:-) Overall, great experience..

Room was very very small the shower floor was oily

Cramped and awkward

We were shocked to find the hotel room didn't look anything like the photos. Room as cramped to say the least. Bathroom door was an odd closet door... with no fan or anything to release shower steam so it smelled moldy. It felt like a 2.5 star hotel, not a 4 star hotel... odd all around. CRAMPED.

Hotel is well run, well organized, relatively inexpensive and convenient. Bathroom had a somewhat musty smell. Overall a good experience.

We were very impressed with the hotel it was very clean and quiet, staff was friendly and helpful. A nice restaurant just off the lobby for dinner. Within walking distance to most of San Fran attractions. Would certainly recommend hotel to friends and family.
