Pros: nothing
Cons: in room tech, stop daisy chaining power cables as this is a serious fire hazard, better restaurant, make the hot water actually produce hot water in
5 minutes to get even a warm shower, restaurant food was bad and overpriced, the cost of the room for what was available was a very bad ratio. Will never stay here again.

Good location next to SFO

Pros: The hotel is very comfortable. Very good restaurant staff. Front desk staff was average.
Cons: The front desk staff were too busy to be really helpful. There was no concierge which kept the front desk very busy.
Location: Great for early flights and rental car return. Things to do nearby: Its San Franscisco!
We only stayed for 2 days at the tail end of our tour of California. Very convenient for returning rental cars and getting to the airport for an early departure. Very good restaurant staff.

Untrustworthy staff and far from downtown San Fran

Pros: Price and room comfort
Cons: Staff knowledge, and honesty. Next time, leave a note in the room for the guest if you break anything.
Location: Downtown Burlingame is right around the corner and is a nice little town but it shuts down around 10pm. Rent a car if you want to be in San Fran
The main issue with the trip was that in our last couple days, my girlfriend couldn't find her perfume. We could smell it strongly around the washroom in our room and tore the room upside down, however, we couldn't find it anywhere. We figured maybe the maid stole it so we went to the front desk and explained what was going on. They tracked down the maid and it turns out she knocked it off the bathroom counter, smashed it on the ground, cleaned it up and didn't leave a note or tell anyone. If she notified us of what happened in the beginning, we wouldn't have made it such a big deal. However, the bottle of perfume was close to $200. We asked the manager what they were going to do about it. They took our contact information down and said they would mail us a new bottle. We waited a couple months and nothing showed up. Trying to contact the manager again became a headache and when she finally returned my calls, she said it would cost way too much to mail a new bottle, as we live in Canada so she offered to mail a cheque, which we agreed to. It took another couple of months for the cheque to arrive. I've stayed at a different Crowne Plaza location before this one, but after this experience, I haven't stayed at one since, and I won't ever again. When we asked for directions to downtown San Francisco, we were pointed in the direction of downtown Burlingame. We had no idea downtown San Francisco was an hour bus ride away, otherwise we would've rented a car.

Staff was very helpful. Shuttles to and from airport were comfortable and efficient. We also enjoyed lunch and dinner at the restaurant.

Nice hotel, expect to pay to park, even self park

Close to airport, stayed for convience. Was not happy that they charged 20 to self park.

Cons: Clean the shower and bathroom more thoroughly.
Quick visit to SF and this was my first time staying at this hotel. The staff were helpful, pleasant and quick. Great location: near the freeway and airport. The rooms were nice, the bed was comfortable but the bathroom needed to be cleaned a little more thoroughly. It also needed some maintenance because the towel rack was coming off the wall. Overall it was not a bad experience and I would consider staying there again.

Nice, but sneaky parking cost

Pros: Very quiet; you don't hear any doors slamming or kids stomping. Or at least I didn't.
This hotel is perfectly fine for the solo traveler. One thing to be aware is the cost of parking. It's 20 bucks per night, which you don't really find out about until you check in, at which point you don't really have a choice.

Nice hotel. convenient to airport

Pros: Liked the staff
Cons: Cleanliness and responsiveness to needs
Location: Airport is very close and convenient
Met the criteria for what we wanted to do, however, food in restaurant was mediocre and $66.00 for breakfast is way too much for 2 adults and a child. Room was never cleaned during stay. No coffee creamer in lobby, and we had to request toilet paper three times before the security guard showed up with it. I have stayed in other Crowne Plaza hotels, and in general I like them, would NOT recommend them.

Ok hotel for one night stay passing thru. Nothing nearby and very bad location to venture walking around. The staff is friendly and helpful

We hope you had a pleasant stay at our hotel. There are restaurants and shops on the other side of the freeway. An overpass is located immediately outside our hotel entrance which guests can walkover to the other side. Thank you for staying with us.
