No hotel assistance.

There was a major construction going on and they blocked the way to the hotel, when I was trying to contact the hotel for some assistance , no one was answering the phone and the hotel staff knew they blocked the road to the hotel. Many of the hotel guessed were lost for an average of about 40 minutes trying to find a way to the hotel. When after about 35 minutes, I finally found the way to the hotel and I went straight to the lobby to alert them that people may be calling and I was rudely advice by a gentleman I think Charles was his name. He kept repeating on getting lost himself for 45 minutes, but all I was a advising them was to man the phone just in case someone calls for assistance on how to get to the hotel due to construction.

We sincerely apologize for type of response and service from our front desk staff. The construction of the new overpass recently resulted in changes in the roads in this area. We have spoken to our staff on answering calls in a timely manner and responding to guest inquires on directions to the hotel. Again, we are very sorry this impacted your experience with our hotel.
