Its located on a beautiful walking trail, but surrounded by just hotels. Not sure how far you need to drive to get to a shopping/dining area.

I wish there was a little more room between the foot of the bed and the dresser. Otherwise it was very comfortable and the food was good in the restaurant.

My only problem is that I had a shareable room with only a door separating my room from the room next door. I stayed 3 nights. During the first night I experienced a screaming baby next door. The third night I experienced a couple loudly arguing off and on from 9 pm to 3:30 am. Not really the hotel's fault but next time I'll be sure to ask for a different kind of room.

Very convenient with easy access to the freeway and airport. I was not happy to be charged an extra $40 parking fee for a one-night stay. This is in addition to the charge for the room. I was not made aware of the extra parking fee until the day of arrival. $40/night for parking is excessive since the local parking lots are charging as little as $12/day. The reading light for one of the beds was not working. There wasn't any complimentary breakfast and one free cookie upon arrival wasn't that good.

The bar and restaurant was perfect. The food and drinks was excellent. The atmosphere was fun. The shuttle was on time and convenient. I got to the airport on time.

I like that it was around a lot of trails since I brought dog. There isn’t a whole lot to do around here, as expected, since it’s near the airport. The room was fairly clean. I didn’t use the bed sheets because there was a stain on it. They should definitely be more careful and cautious about that. Overall, my stay was great!

I liked that the Hotel was near the airport and there was a Shuttle service. I did not like the 1st room we were assigned. First, the bedding was very old and used (need to upgrade) and I could see thru the stained comforter. The TV monitor was gross with 'stuff' inside the cracks. Minimum to no toiletries. The day front manager had poor cust svc when informed it was as she didn't really care, and didn't want to compensate us for a terrible room experience. However, our 2nd room was much better after we had the broken a/c replaced. On a good note - both rooms were quiet, and the Hotel restaurant had a good buffet and nice servers. Don't stay in room #688

They’re advertising different rooms than what you get. The room I booked was clean and modern and what they gave me was something out of the 80’s with holes all over the room and dirty. I moved rooms 3 times to find a clean room, not ONE was clean. The bedding was stained, worn out, dirty and overused, no water pressure WHATSOEVER, the shower is a shower handle and not a true shower head. I’m not a hotel diva so this is coming from someone who has stayed at a types of rooms…this one wins for the worst ever! Noisy, outdated and right down not worth the amount you pay. The ONLY positive thing about this hotel is the lobby and staff.
