It was terribly noisey, water puddles by and inside the elevators...No security monitoring the pools, kids running rampage...For almost $200.00 per night it was a horrible property,

The view was great watching the planes fly in and out 😊, also we got to see some raccoons while sitting by lagoon that was interesting ☺️!

Lovely atrium in this hotel where breakfast and happy hour drinks served daily. Nice breakfast buffet as well as made to order omelets. We chose this hotel as it had an indoor pool for our grandchildren which they enjoyed. The room was spacious but the advertised balcony which we paid extra for couldn’t even fit a chair— disappointing as I was looking forward to sitting outside to enjoy the view. The bathroom didn’t even have a towel bar to hang towels, just one hook inside the shower which was broken. All in all we enjoyed the hotel BUT… there was a $39 per night parking fee. The lot was a shared lot with public non paying parking to access the bay walk in front of the hotel. Few spaces— two out of three nights we waited almost a half hour for a parking space. The lot had many signs warning of car break ins. So we paid $39 each night to worry that our car would be broken into. Come on Hilton— you can do better!!

Property is older but clean as clean as it can be. Out tub had stains, the carpet was lumpy. Pool also was nice. No A/C and no screen to the balcony so we could leave the door open for air. The entire hotel was muggy. Great staff and liked having happy hour. Worst part was a staff member pushed my son out the way so she could put in her floor number although we were there first.

Except parking fee of $39 per night, property was nice. People use private vehicles for travel and charging a whopping $40 a night is not reasonable on top of the all other expenses.

Nice views, walk is nice, quiet. But the facility itself is not clean, very old, bathrooms are rusty and have mold & mildew. air quality in the room is bad. Beds aren't clean and furniture is very old and dirty. staff is kind and responsive

The hotel is nice, but the beds are not queen size they are smaller. We try to call the front desk because we didn't have towels and pillows for everyone and they never answer on any of the available extensions.

The only reason why I rated it a 3 was because there were pre-teen/teens running up & down the hall laughing/ being extremely loud, knocking on doors until around 12am. The hotel was beautiful & is in a great location, especially if you’re flying out from SFO. They also provide airport shuttle services which is very helpful. I just didn’t get any rest due to all the loud noise.

I loved everything about this property and my stay was fantastic, did NOT like $39 a night for parking, some kind of parking fee is normal but I feel this is taking advantage of the customer! :(

This hotel is dirty and run down. The hallways had dishes used not picked up for a day. My room was run down. Carpets were wet and when I was asked by text from “Robbie “. About the stay I explained the issues and then it wasn’t replied to. Love the area but would not stay there again. Way too pricey for the quality

The views are really nice but our bathroom had mold, shower handle landed on my sons foot and the tub paint was coming off. Hotel has centralized AC if weather is cold outside AC would not work, room felt clammy n sticky. AC unit is extremely loud. Definitely needs a paint job inside the building and new mattresses!! Their breakfast and complementary "happy hour" 2 drinks per adult.

We chose to stay here because we had an early flight to catch the following morning. The staff was very pleasant and we received excellent service in the restaurant and the food was very good. The reason for the low rating is due to our room. The AC unit was not functioning properly causing the room to be uncomfortably warm all night. Staying just the night with two kids, we didnt want to go through the hassle of changing rooms. The other issue was the toilet seat was not connected to the toilet and would slide off. The other issue was minor but the shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty. Overall, the service was good but the room was not in rentable condition

My first time at an Embassy Suites, impressed with the complimentary happy hour and breakfast. However pool area was dirty and not maintained, lobby area was full of trash and just a mess. There were security guards everywhere but just roamed around aimlessly. Room was hot and when we contacted the front desk they stated all rooms were climate controlled there wasn’t anything that could be done. Overall ok but I don’t think we would return.

The property is a great location. My only concern is the rooms look old and dark. The bathtub I had, had stained markings. I was scared to get in the shower.
