No staff for checkout at 7am

There was no staff for checkout. Left note for email receipt and after 2 days...nothing. Now I have to call and see how I can get my receipt.

Noisy hotel with construction next to it

super noisy- construction next to it so u cant sleep at all! got two rooms one was updated and the other super old with dirty carpet they have a tiny breakfast with coffee which was nice complimentary to my my stay

Broken Promises

Was promised a continental breakfast and a room with a view which i payed extra for. The Continental Breakfast ended up being coffee and oatmeal on a small table. I wasnt even acknowleged upon my arrival. Also the room i was given was on the 2nd floor with no view. And was placed near the elevators with constant noise. Terrible service all around. Plus no room service for those wondering, only once a week if that.

My room had a bad smell upon arrival, it was a smell that was imbedded in the room and even opening the windows didn't help. A stale old food smell. There was hair on my towels in the bathroom and the room was dusty.

Pros: That it was new - fresh.,
Cons: Room cleanliness.
Location: Hard to get to eating establishments.
Desk Clerk was very kind. Room really had not been cleaned. Dirty table tops. Remote was dirty..
