Great hotel

Nice comfortable hotel near the airport and BART. Neighbors can be a little loud but my body clock did think it was two in the morning when it was only nine at night.

with this rate with B'fast, it is crazy !!! hotel was new, room was big, internet was fast...staff was pro too bad we still have to pay for the parking,

Bad Experience

Cons: Generator, buy one.
Me and my husband was there for a couple of day to relax and spend quality time together. But the 1st morning of our stay, there was a power outage. We were not able to have our free breakfast because the area was so dark. I can't believe that this hotel did not have a generator considering that their room rate is expensive compared to nearby hotels. We asked for detail regarding the outage but no one was available to talk to us. When we called on the front desk, they said that we will get a refund of some sort because of the inconvenience brought about by the situation. Since they cannot give us an assurance as to what time the power shall be back, were forced to check out late. And to our dismay, the refund or discount that we were promised did not happen. They still charged us with the regular rate. We asked for it but the front desk clerk said that she does not have order from the management about our discount. What a lame excuse. Never again will we go back to this hotel.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your recent experience at our hotel. I was disappointed to learn that your relaxing getaway was interrupted by a power outage that was caused by a severe storm on our city. We certainly can understand how frustrating this was and we are sorry for any inconvenience this caused you. We want our guests to enjoy their stay with us and we all work very hard to meet the needs of every guest and I am sorry that we fell short on this occasion. In the rare case of a power outage, unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the electrical company to be able to give updates for how long the power will be out. Sometimes it takes time for them to find the problem and send a unit out to fix their equipment so we have to wait for them to let us know. PG&E does have a website that you can visit to file a claim for any cost that you incurred as a result of their malfunctioning equipment. Again, we are truly sorry that your stay with us was not the flawless visit you deserve. We hope that you will allow us another chance to show you that we can provide the Marriott Experience you were expecting.

Very nice hotel close to San Francisco airport. The rooms were very spacious and the hotel itself was kept very clean and modern. The morning breakfast was also very good. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Location: Very close to public transportation. Walking distance.
No swimming pool. The jacuzzi was large but the area could have been cleaner. Otherwise the hotel was great and the staff was wonderful!

Awesome hotel ! The staff was friendly , the parking is in a garage , everyone knows how hard it is to find parking in SF,SFO and at this hotel it was not a problem ! Spacious rooms !

Spacious & Breakfast too.

Pros: Spacious and breakfast included. Close to downtown and restaurants.
Location: Nice restaurants in walking distance... Millbrae downtown.
Receptionist was polite and helpful. Parking in busy area helpful.

Very friendly staff had excellent dinner recommendations that are walkable. And the bart and cal train station is only a few short blocks away to easily get into San Francisco

Nice hotel and easy to get around

Pros: There are lots of restaurants closeby. Staff is nice
Good thing is you can have free shuttle service to or from airport. Good location. The soundproof effect is bad, you can hear very clear of the conversation outside your room. I cannot sleep as I can hear clearly of kid's crying from next room and kids were running from above rooms.
