Very nice Hotel

Pros: Everything was extremely comfortable.
Cons: Only a minor thing this facility could place tea bags along with coffee bags in the rooms.
Location: Many Chinese restaurants nearby along with other eateries.
I stayed here overnight to catch my next day flight and I couldn't be more pleased with my stay.

Nice hotel near SFO

Hotel room was large, clean, and comfortable. We did not have the opportunity to enjoy the breakfast as we had to take the 4:35am shuttle. Hotel was easy to find. We could walk to a nearby restaurant for a nice dinner.

Very nice hotel. Convenient to airport.

Pros: Very clean and nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: Hotel was awesome.
Location: The only problem we had was trying to find somewhere to eat. Parking was almost impossible around the area.
The hotel was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer. We were just there one night as we were flying out early in the morning.

convenient to SFO

Pros: location
Location: lots of restaurants in walking distance
Hotel is in a cute neighborhood full of restaurants. Very convenient to SFO, and they have a shuttle back and forth to the airport.

A perfect location to relax

Charged credit card without informing us!!!

Pros: The shuttle drive was extremely pleasant and very punctual. The room was in excellent condition and very clean.
Confirming email from Expedia said incidentals would be charged at checkout. However, upon check-in the hotel put a hold on our credit card without informing us. We saw the hold on our credit card statement after the trip and called hotel to question. In an email the hotel manager said this is standard policy and told us if you still see the hold, call your bank and they can further assist you. We've never had this happen before and we've been Marriott Reward members for well over ten years. Perhaps this was done because we booked through Expedia? We usually book directly with the hotels. If this is how Marriott/Fairfield does business Expedia needs to change their confirming emails for this chain so that their customers know to expect a hold to be placed. Lots of time has been consumed because no one bothered to tell us about the hold and now we have to watch for the hold to be removed.

We are happy to know that you were able to take advantage of our convenient shuttle service and that you found our driver to be extremely pleasant and that your guest room was clean and in excellent condition, however, we were disappointed to learn that you were not expecting an authorization to verify funds to be ran on your credit card upon arrival. Please know that your Expedia confirmation is correct when informing you that incidentals will be charged upon departure. This is because we do not know what your incidentals will be until your visit is complete. Not just our hotel, but all hotels, must run an authorization on your card to verify funds because this is the only way we know that your card is valid to cover additional charges. Once you depart the hotel, our bank releases the funds and it takes a few business days for our two banks to process transactions. You were advised to contact your bank because your bank will not allow us access to your personal account if we made the call for you to check the status of the release. We certainly understand your frustration and we are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you but hope that you can understand that this is a standard operating policy. Besides your concern, we are pleased to know that you did enjoy your visit with us and we hope to see you again during future travels.

Very clean, breakfast was good & friendly staff. Provides shuttle to and from airport and they even have additional parking aside from the curbside parking

Nice hotel close to airport

Nice hotel close to the airport. Reasonably priced if you get the right deal. Shuttle service. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. Breakfast is simple American style. Nothing special. Rooms are nice. Big. About 15 minutes by shuttle from the airport. Shuttle comes every 35 minutes. So About twice an hour. Judge accordingly.
