Exquisite hotel in the heart of San Francisco!

From the first view of this hotel I was pleased. We decided to do valet for the 3 days we were on vacation and the service was superb. Check in was fast and the staff was friendly. They gave me multiple options to upgrade. Being as it was our honeymoon, it was nice to hear options. I would have wished for some deals, or maybe throwing in something small for our upgrades. The service and friendliness of everyone was welcomed. We decided to have the fit wear for our travel, the only 3 complaints I have was that the fit wear took over 3 hours for them to bring to the room even though I ordered in advance. We did not use it since we could not wait for them to bring it. Also, 2nd thing I was concerned about was, we had the option of pillows (in advance) they were brought up after we checked in, BUT the attendant entered our room without knocking. I was changing clothes and was right in the eye of the doorway. He did not even apologize or turn away, he kept proceeding in event though I was not dressed. I felt violated and the remainder of my stay I worried about that happening again. The last item was the fact that being a high profiled and pricey hotel, I would have expected to be able to use the business center without charge. Even on vacation, work does not stop. I had to print something off so I went to the business center, to use the internet there is a charge BY THE MIN! and charge per page to print! That was a turnoff to the hotel.
