Pros: location
Cons: over all too old
Location: close to Airport
Too old, and cleaning need to be improved, only one lift and no ice or other service

Just an OK hotel.

Just an OK hotel but I expected something nicer for the price. It felt a bit worn. They didn't even offer free breakfast. I should have stayed elsewhere for cheaper.

Could have been better with simple considerations

Pros: location to airport
Cons: employees better educated about room and room service.
First night, I got in very late and was exhausted, and didn't realize two blinds to be drawn. The first one I drew still let light in room so I called room service and they sent a really nice guy who brought a blanket to hang to keep light out.??? Really? Light still came in and I couldn't sleep. Called front desk first thing in the morning explaining to them I need to move rooms or need room darker. They sent another person up with another blanket!! ??? When she came up she saw that the other blind was not brought down and apologized that the first guy didn't see that!! REALLY?? Creamers to coffee were never replenished and had to call each day of my stay!! Annoying! Yes, in perspective if that is the worst of my worries I am truly blessed....and I am. Ro Rusnock.

dirty linen

not happy about the linen is dirty,not even for 3 nights. all keys need to valudate every night.

Best stay in San Francisco.

Quick check in, early check in, late check out. Rooms clean. Excellent front desk staff, housekeepers, restaurant staff. close to airport. definitely coming back.

MODERN ROOM, OK EXPERIENCE

Pros: felt safe, fast internet, room design, multiple outlets, easy parking, pretty good food, having in-room refer.
Cons: VOC for the hotel would be to pay attention to some details. For instance, there was a lot of hair in the bathroom sink (looked like it wasn't cleaned
Location: easy to get on 101 and close to airport. Was in town on business so local attractions not important.
I was traveling for work, so can only speak to the room. Appreciated the clean, modern design, multiple electrical outlets in the furniture tops, plenty of space on dresser and desk, and the internet speed is much faster than most hotels. I got used to the sound of highway 101 just outside the window. Also like having refer in room. VOC for the hotel would be to pay attention to some details. For instance, there was a lot of hair in the bathroom sink (looked like it wasn't cleaned), no room service menu, the desk chair was broken (they replaced, but I still could not get it to raise up so it was not good for working at the desk), getting the bathroom light to go on was a struggle, salad was delivered without dressing, and housecleaning didn't do some things like leave clean cups or replenish the tea. Seems like everybody needs a checklist! I felt safe there and parking was easy, although I'm told the hotel was not busy.

Comfortable hotel

Pros: Modern design ,comfortable beds , great staff
Cons: Free breakfast would be nice
Location: Airport is close , close to restaurants
Hotel close to airport , great accommodations , clean and great value . The only downside was the location next to the freeway , a little loud

Close to airport

The hotel has four floor, u must stay on the top. We are on third floor, foot steps all the night.you even don't know it's from your top floor, or the hallway!
