Run down but remodeling

Posted Nov 18, 2015
The heater was old and loud, the toilet ran every 20 min or so and was loud and the bed was improperly supported and had center sag. The pillows were flat and small. They are doing a full remodel and are in a great location!

Great location.

Posted Nov 15, 2015
Pros: Location and price.
Cons: Parking, room condition and amenities.
Location: Located two blocks from muni stops. Which take you everywhere.
The hotel as easy enough to find. Great location, close to the tourist attractions, and one to two blocks away from muni stops. One of the staff member was nice and friendly. The hotel was pretty small, it only had about 4 parking spaces, so it was first come first serve. It does look like they are building, or fixing another building of rooms across the road. Our room had a huge hole from where the door hits when it is open. One of locking door latch was broke, but the bolt lock worked. There was a refrigerator and coffee makes. The heater in the room works great. The room was pretty clean though. It was an ok stay. We spent most of our time outside of the room so it didn't matter too much. Late at night, on the weekend, it gets kind of loud outside, but it wasn't too loud for long. There is a diner just across the street and a kfc/taco bell right by that.

Hotellet trænger til renovering

Posted Nov 10, 2015

Very 1950's type of hotel, but very close to city.

Pros: Close to waterfront and downtown San Francisco.
Cons: Nothing you get what you pay for.
Location: Close to Fishermans Wharf and San Francisco nightspots.
Did not get to do much only stayed in San Francisco 1 night.

San Francisco Disappointment.

Posted Sep 29, 2015
Pros: Leaving.
Cons: Another earthquake and"Great Fire" would be a blessing.
Location: Location is really handy for tourists with many sights, attractions and amenities being within walking distance.
Online advertising was extremely flattering and grossly wrong! The first room that was presented to us was stifling hot, the door security latch was broken off and the door lock latch would not engage. The hole in the wall was apparently caused be the door being flung open forcefully! After a prolonged discussion, a second room was provided, more secure, but also stifling hot (no aircon at this establishment) and with a marginally smaller hole in the wall. Fortunately, most of our time was spent enjoying the sights and fabulous food of San Francisco. Should we return, the Greenwich Inn will not be on the agenda!

Location - great, the rest - poor

Posted Sep 22, 2015
Pros: Location
This place is at the perfect location. 20 meters from Lombard street and all the local restaurants. Apart from that I cannot say anything good for the place. Poor hygiene, broken shower door, stained floor... If you need great location for little money, you will survive it. Else, look for another place.

Shabby and worn, but nice people

Posted Sep 21, 2015
This is an old beat up hotel in a touristy part of town. Looks like they are renovating one section, but ours still had nasty old bed covers, a stained and burnt carpet and a toilet seat that didn't fit the toilet. The staff was great. The room had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Bed was comfy, water pressure was good and water was hot. Basically a shabby cheap hotel in an okay part of town.

Nicht zu Empfehlen

Posted Sep 11, 2015
Pros: Lage, Parkplatz
Cons: alles

Posted Sep 11, 2015
Raum 22: Sauberkeit könnte besser sein, aber akzeptabel. Sehr freundlicher Service, Personal war 24h verfügbar. Zentrale Lage zwischen Marina und Union street.
