Located between SF and Berkley. Easy access to interstate. Nice view of bay bridge, SF downtown, far way golden bridge. Nice sunset view from hotel room. Trader Joe and restaurants near by. Breakfast was OK. Staff were great. Overall, great experience.

The property was old and smelled bad. But it was very affordable for the price we paid. And the rooms were big, the pillows were soft and the bed was fine. The couch in our room showed signs of wear and tear with some frayed edges and housekeeping forgot to vacuum the couch to get rid of crumbs. The crumbs were left for the next visitor. (Yuck)

The location was great, could walk there from the train station. Breakfast selection was great. Liked the white noise machine. The property is clean, but very dated. Shower water was only warm at night, though hot in the morning. Seemed to be no ice or vending machines on my floor, and limited snack/treat options in the lobby store. I arrived late, so would have appreciated more snack options and iced coffee drinks in the lobby fridge to buy in the morning.

I think the repeated reminders of the area being unsafe a bit overwhelming but the hotel itself was perfect and made us feel safe

Staff was okay, did not want to help. Was in rush for no reason. I have stayed at Marriot hotels for many years at a stretch now and service is better. Team could have been a bit courteous with my wife with physical incapabilities and her accommodation needs.

the staff was rude and not helpful. we booked a large suite and our room was not ready by the time we arrived so they gave us a smaller room. called to ask to change back and they stated this is what we booked and ask us to pay extra to get the room we supposed to get. disappointed and would not use again since we know what we choose from the beginning from previous experience.

Very well maintained and clean property inside and out. Staff was always friendly with every encounter. Room was amazing with a beautiful view of the Bay! Breakfast buffet was always well stocked. Conveniently located next to many food and shopping options. All around wonderful visit and I plan on returning to this property on my next visit!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was clean and quiet. It was walking distance from Amtrak station. Restaurant and stores within walking distance.

Between inconsiderate guests and Amtrack being adjacent to the hotel, it was noisy in the morning. They serve a delicious breakfast and the stash is great. This is an older hotel and the rugs need to be replaced.

Very nice room, included a kitchen, (missing a toaster though), Super clean, decent price for being in the Bay Area. My only pet peeve is they charge $22/night for parking.

The property's cleanliness was average, the staff was very nonchalant. Guest were loud and getting high on the 10th floor, they failed to do anything about it, but asked me if I wanted to move. The policy's that were in place to keep quest comfortable was simply not enforced. I would not recommend this hotel no matter how close it is to the train station. Go to Hilton people!
