Great location with a friendly staff

Very nice hotel with a very friendly staff. We enjoyed being in that part of San Francisco. The rooms are small and our room did not have a view. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The lobby is small but very comfortable.

Relaxed, comfortable and friendly. The interactions with all the staff encountered made the stay more enjoyable. The double room is small, but for one person very adequate.

Beautiful hotel. It is older so the rooms are a little smaller than others, but they are efficient. If you can get a room with a view of the bay, it is magnificent!

Great hotel on The Embarcadero. Easy walking distance to the Ferry Building and Trolleys. Hotel was clean and well appointed. The staff was great!

Was really angry that they forced me to pay an undisclosed amenity fee on check in

It was clean, rooms were small. Didn't spend much time in room. Great location for lots of tours.

Good location. Typical old hotel that's remodeled.

Location: Being near the market pier is great due to the food quality there.
Bed comfortable. Room small, but didn't care. TV was at a 90 degree angle to the bed mounted on the wall which was dumb and annoying. No HBO. There are better deals around Union Square usually.

I will certainly relay the message to the higher ups about what you feel is important and would make you comfortable during your stay and see if there is any way we can add on things such as premium channels to our TVs.

Great view.

Pros: The view!
Cons: More storage, less space taken up with amenities I never use (food and drinks), more outlets.
Location: The location is fabulous, so close to the Ferry building.
If you pay for the view you won't regret it. The rooms are a bit tired and without much storage space, but there are extra outlets, the room was clean, and the service is excellent.

Pros: Location
Cons: Get rid of the S22.00 a day resort fee that one paid for in the Expedia booking. This was not clear on the Expedia site and presented upon check in.
Nice location, clean rooms but the resort fee was too much, a surprise and not worth the fee.
