"Room with a view"

Pros: A perfect get away to the Bay!
Cons: I would not change a thing!
Location: Great food, a Giants game at at&t Park. China town, and little Italy..right in the heart of San Francisco!
What a good experience. From easy and reasonable parking, Armando at check in......upgrades that included the top floor with a beautiful view of Coit tower and SF Bay! Free breakfast! Free Wifi. Finally a limo ride to the Giants ball game! Great friendly service oriented people and a perfect location to enjoy a beautiful city. Oh the bed was heavenly!

When you booked through a 3rd party, they tend to have less quality about your booking service. Couldn't allocate my reservation immediately and staff not well trained to answer questions.

Walking distance to wharf, ferry building, AT&T Park and china town. Room was super clean with modern decor. Staff was very accommodating. Diana gave us a larger room because my husband is 6'3" and room we booked had double bed. Definitely would stay here again.

Pros: location, staff, very clean rooms. The breakfast bar had a great selection of various foods . Player piano was nice touch. Valet parking was speedy
Cons: given its design - very little
Location: Close to financial district and muni system to go to GG Park or shopping in union square; Chinese district is fun.

nice hotel more 3.5 then 4 star

Pros: beds where firm--
Cons: queens instead of full beds in doubles--why it should not get four stars--piant on bathroom ceiling peeling
Location: on the edge of chinatown and union square--so much to do and see
nice hotel staff was friendly--why do hotels give you a hard time when you book through travel sites?--if you want me to book through your site then beat there price!==simple. if you book through travel site do not call the hotel and ask for request (double beds,late checkin,ect) you will be told they take no request from poeple who book through--"outside travel sites"--

Tired, over priced, unresponsive staff.

Pros: View of Coit Tower.
Cons: Customer service. Updating of room -- rooms do not even have a mini fridge.
The room was tired and dated, especially for the price. I accidentally left my jacket behind in the closet. ,I've called twice and left two voicemails to ask about it. No one has ever even called me back. I'm assuming I won't see my jacket again. I also won't stay here again. There are plenty of hotels in S.F. That provide a better experience.

Pros: Comfortable rooms, great staff and first class restaurant and bar.
Cons: Nil
Location: Great location in walking distance to Fishermans Wharf, little Italy, Chinatown and many other attractions.
This hotel is ideally located close to all attractions. All staff within the hotel are friendly and go out of their way to assist and make you feel at home. I would definitely stay at the Hilton again when in San Franscisco.

Great hotel nice view

The room was a little dirty leftover soap in the shower an some stains that should have been cleaned up from the other guests that staid there before good view great staff just a little dissapointed with the clenliness of the room
