Check In - First staff member at check in.

Staff member at front desk was not helpful at all when there was a issue with my reservation, did not offer any assistance, not sure if this person was not experience enough or was trained not to go beyond for a customer, I was not happy after travelling all day , once I resolved the issue had another front desk person and he was very good. Location was great, trolley just around the corner , lots of restaurants a street over, room was spacious and clean even with 3 people. I would stay there again. My suggestion for management , plan for more customer service training for front end staff, they are the first people when customers walk through the front door!
