Central to all activities we were interested in, Pier 39, Scomas, all within walking distance! Wonderful.

Nice hotel in good location.Posted Oct 3, 2015
Pros: Clean, safe and location.
Cons: Denny's restaurant co-located on property very disappointing. Using leaf blowers first thing in morning outside room windows.
Location: Pier 39 couple block walk. Multitude of great restaurants nearby. All types sight seeing companies in the area. Good place to sleep when seeing cit
Walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf, restaurants and other points of interest. Public transportation right there, making it easy to get around and not have to rent car if only seeing the city. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. What hotel staff we did interact with where very friendly.

Good location.Posted Oct 2, 2015
Good location but little bit overpriced. Breakfast is overpriced and so is the room fees. Best for a 3day stay at most. Crappy wireless internet.

Nice hotel but noisyPosted Oct 1, 2015
We were put on the pier side and there was a lot of traffic and garbage trucks. Then the insulation is thin because you could here your neighbors alarm clock then shower start at 4 am.

Great hotel locationPosted Oct 1, 2015
Cons: Lower the price
Location: Fisherman's wharf is within walking distance.
Fabulous location near Fisherman's Wharf but very expensive and just an ordinary hotel.

Close to Fisherman's WarfPosted Sep 30, 2015
The check in person had his nose stuck way up in the air. Breakfast was in no way worth the money. They also charged 45 dollars per day for parking which wasn't told ahead of time. Bartender was great, prices were very expensive, so was referred to a liquor store right across the street. Most of the other employees were nice, rooms were fine. No I won't go back.

Too expensive for the experience.Posted Sep 27, 2015
We thought we rsvp'd a single bed room according to expedia. We did not get this. Fine. We thought we could get some breakfast, we were told we had to pay first by the staff. Could not even get a cup of coffee. Have to read the terms of our stay. We thought parking was included, NO! It is another $50 dollars per night. We would have opted for another hotel that was more transparent with their prices. Staff seemed a bit lazy and indifferent.

Nice hotel, two blocks from fisherman's wharfPosted Sep 22, 2015
Very nice, clean, great staff.... Not many amenities such as continental breakfast or even free coffee... Kinda bummer in that respect. Plus side... nice pool, and very close (walking distance) to cable cars and all wharf activities. Would definitely stay here again.
