Great staff. Friendly housecleaning and beautiful rooms. Additionally, well maintained property and was upgraded to an amazing room with a view.

Decent location outside of San Francisco. Nice size room, clean, everything worked except Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi simply MUST be upgraded.

Great hotel, with a nice always-happening bar/restaurant on the first floor. The room was spacious, uncluttered, and very comfortable. The bathroom was beautifully done and spotlessly clean.

Location was ideal; close to shopping, transport and suitable tourist sites. Not a lot of dining places in the immediate vicinity.

Great location with a natural not overdone funkiness. Spacious room and not too noisy, which is a privilege around Union Square. Living room area downstairs with chimney super cozy to hang out. Plus a few free extras here and there that are appreciated. Bikes, wine hour, etc.
