Cute hotel in the Union Square area

Everything was great, the hotel staff is very helpful, and the hotel is clean. This hotel is connected to a Starbucks and is in a great location.

OK for a one night stay in theatre district

Pros: Direct access to a full service Starbucks from small hotel lobby.
Cons: EEveerything!
Location: 2 other top hotels. 2 theaters, many top quality eateries!
Check in was one of worst ever! only parking is valet. only 2 spaces and no on duty staff. They lost the res. in their system. After 20 minutes they found it via your ID #. We got to our room after 30 min. with help from their maintenance man. TERRIBLE! rooms are small and w/o good lighting. We will not return.

OK hotel, they charge you $15 extra a night

Not as I expected. Room was clean, but very small. They charged us $15 a night for facilities (just for a bottle of water and free sake at lobby!). The $15 was mandatory, it was not optional. They should have added this to their room price.

Rummet och korridorerna är små, badrummet var okej. ACn är väldigt högljudd. Hissen är otroligt långsam, undrade flera gånger om den gått sönder. Golven överlag var dåliga, troligtvis efter en tidigare vattenskada. De tar betalt för hotellets läge, men skicket överlag är långt under förväntad standard. Vi provade tre olika frukostställen i närheten, Loris Diner var bäst.

Very friendly staff- good location

Cons: Electrics a bit dodgy!
I had a room at the back (by request) so no view, but very quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in a great location to see San Fransisco. The decor wasn't particularly to my taste, but I'd seen the pictures and knew that before going. The electrics in my room needed some attention. The checkout is at 12pm, so that was useful. There is a daily charge of $15 facility fee, just so you know, but there is no charge for wifi or printing etc. I would stay there again.

Room was just ok. Seems like an old place trying to be modern and didn't quite hit the Mark. A bit dark and dank.
