Nice hotel and staff. Convenient location.Posted May 16, 2017
We enjoyed our stay very much. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and had a fun feel to them. Hotel did seem like it was older and had a funny smell in the hallways. But that wasn't something that we minded. Rooms were a little small but we made it work. Loved the little vanity area for when I got ready.

In one word..Excellent!!Posted May 2, 2017
Every staff member has always been the most professional when addressing my needs and requests. Not to mention their willingness to help in just about anything. However, I must confess there was one issue that I had a problem with that did cause some complications during my stay. It was with the two computers in the business center that caused quite a bit of dismay for me. As both the PC & the Apple computer where not set with the correct time & date. Thus many apps needed updates and unfortunately I was unable to conduct some very pertinent business until I went to kinkos and used there computers. I did pay to use the business center at the Diva as I understood it as a amount figured into the daily rate. I just feel I paid in part for something I wasn't able to use and should be compensated for that amount .

Little, but finePosted May 2, 2017
Location: Very "homeless" neighborhood, sad to say. Lost souls wandering and sleeping everywhere. Good breakfast places nearby.
The rooms are tiny, but clean and comfortable. Absolutely no view, but to be expected downtown. First time I have ever been asked for $100 Security Deposit on checking into a hotel. ( ? )

Boutique HotelPosted May 1, 2017
We were happy with the location primarily cause it was safe. San Fran can be seedy in certain areas so close to nice areas so you have to be careful. Hotel staff was really approachable & kind. The room was very small to have a queen bed in it. No room to really move around, but the bed was comfy & having a coffee machine & fridge was convient. However if you have to valet for 2 nights was $110 kinda outrageous. We were there to attend a wedding & since I was driving an hour to get there I didn't wanna wear my dress cause it would be so wrinkly when I arrived. I kept it hanging & didn't have anything to cover it. I asked a young lady at the front desk & she happily offered to grab something for me. I notched she was going thru a closet with dry cleaning. I said it's ok if you don't have any thing. She gladly replied these are my suits so it's ok. I thought that was so considered that she would give me her own dry cleaning bag!! The staff & Starbucks attached to the hotel were truly the highlights!

Decent but spend just a fraction more and pick something else nearby.

Good locationPosted Apr 26, 2017
The location of the hotel is very good. There's a funny smell in the room itself. They don't provide room slippers. Hotel staffs are very helpful.

Sketchy hotel staffPosted Apr 23, 2017
Cons: Service. Hire professional staff that would not scare guests.
Sketchy hotel staff made me very uncomfortable; at times they were somewhat inappropriate and unprofessional. Hotel room was very small but clean enough. Location was great. Hotel charged extra daily fee, even so the hotel was prepaid in full with Expedia.

Not so great in personPosted Apr 22, 2017
I book this place because I looked in line and the pictures made the this place look spacious and modern. I called ahead to request a room with a view and was told I would have a beautiful view of the bay bridge but when we arrived I I would told I was getting a great room with a view but when we got to the room the room was dark and not that appealing looked like a poor renovation and when we opened the windows it was of a wall of the other side of the hotel no more than ten feet away and people could see us just as well as you could see them with a nasty grimy air duct in the middle. Service wasn't that great. After traveling outside this country many times and being provided the ultimate customer service I would expect much better for a $200 a night room. I would have left if it wasn't for my girl saying it's only one night.. I would never recommend this hotel ever. I wish I would have taken pictures but know the pictures lie.

Hip stylish hotelPosted Apr 17, 2017
The hotel staff were extremely nice. The room was a bit small and I wish I had a better view but overall, everything was surprisingly pleasant. I would definitely stay here again

Nice boutique hotel walking , also affordable.Posted Apr 10, 2017
Pros: Location, clean and affordable.
Cons: Update the elevator. It is very old and slow.
Location: Centrally located, near a lot of hotels, food and entertainment.
Easy check in, free internet, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The room was very small, which is usually the case with boutique hotel. Once you step outside the hotel there are a lot of homeless people walking around and you will hear a lot of noise especially if your room is facing the street. I had a great day.
