Accogliente e in un'ottima posizione

Posted Aug 26, 2015

Taking Daughter to College Trip

Posted Aug 24, 2015
Cons: Breakfast was overpriced buffet with kind of marginal service, tip was automatically added at about 20% for a buffet and that was pretty lame
Location: Filmore Street had tons of restaurants, great food.
We found this hotel on the University of San Francisco's web site as one of their hotels they have an arrangement with, close to campus and we used as we moved our freshman into the dorm. Would definitely stay again. The rooms were great, and the neighborhood is fun with tons of places to eat.

very friendly and pleasant staff and central

Posted Aug 21, 2015
Pros: The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating, the bed was comfortable, and quiet neighborhood. Japanese and Korean restaurants.
Location: Fillmore Street, Union Square (1 1/2 Miles away), Japanese and Korean food, convenience store, buses stops.
We stayed at Hotel Kabuki in August. We were greeted by a very friendly reception (i did not get her name) which was quick and efficient. We stayed for five nights. Our room was a king room on the 9th floor which was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood and we used the transit system to get downtown and we walked quite a bit. The walk down to Union Square was approx. 25 minutes at a brisk pace up and down hills. The bus 38 which was a block away took us right down town. Fillmore street is nearby with some nice restaurants and bars or stay in Japan town for noodles. We were happy to stay here and would again if we got the room at the sale price again. Joe and the other doormen were very helpful and always on standby to call a cab. The front desk staff very accommodating and pleasant.

Kabuki

Nice location in Japan Town. Not central but easily accessible via public transport. No local diners for breakfast so have to use hotel restaurant - pricey. We used local Safeway and purchased breakfast there.

Thin walls

Thin walls, noisy ac. Funny old smell but excellent customer service and the price is right for downtown San Fran.

Clean Hotel in Japan town

Good location, nice area. The rooms were clean and our room had a shared balcony, though we never saw our neighbors outside.

Nice cheap hotel in the middle of Japantown

Posted Aug 7, 2015
The staff is very nice and were very helpful while we stayed there. Considering the price, this is a splendid hotel. If the price was higher I would probably rate it 4 instead of 5 star but the price they have is very competitive for San Francisco.

Good location but run down premises

Posted Aug 6, 2015
Sadly this well recommended hotel couldn't live up to my expectations. The Japanese theme is quirky but the overall state of the building and rooms has to be improved.

Good price for San Francisco and nice location

Posted Aug 5, 2015
Pros: The location and the staff.
Cons: Some of the things in the room are outdated, like the TV, our iron, an older iHome, and the room just feels a little older.
Location: Great Raman
It's definitely not the nicest place to stay, but it is within the city of San Francisco for a good price. The staff was very friendly, and there's a parking structure right under the hotel that is metered, which will cost about $23 a day to leave your car there. Not bad in comparison to the rest of the city. Japantown was quaint.
