Hotel en el corazón de san Francisco

Este hotel tiene una ubicación inigualable!!! A unos pasos de Market St que es en donde sale el Cable Car, a una cuadra del centro comercial Westfield, uno de los más grandes centros comerciales de san Francisco!! Hacia otro lado Macys, enfrente Wallgreens y Uniklo!! En general súper bien ubicado!!

Easy access to transportation and shopping...

At first glance this is a nice hotel. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Beds are very comfortable. BUT there was black mold in my bathroom, layers of dust on ledges, and pealing plaster on the ceiling. I'm used to old buildings but this one needs an good cleaning and repairs. Plus because the AC is window mounted, only the bathroom window can open limiting access to fresh air and forcing you to run fan/AC even in winter. Street car runs right up Powell and only Two blocks to Powell BART.

Great location, reasonably priced for SFO

Friendly and helpful staff. Room and bathroom were small but very comfortable with a great shower. Cheapest price I've ever paid for SFO in past 5 years, but very pleased with the comfort, staff and location. If you drive where to unload is not apparent. I went to close-by garage off O'Farrel Street, parked and walked maybe 500 feet around corner with my bags.

The hotel had cool vibes but our room sucked

I liked that it was a boutique hotel, room and lobby were decorated nicely and had a nice feel to them. Hotel was also in a fantastic location right near union square (obv) and the start of the cable car line. However we had an internal room with no window or view. We didn't mind missing out on the view, however the only way to get fresh air was to turn on the EXTREMELY loud aircon unit. We could hardly sleep because of the noise but needed it on overnight, otherwise it was way too hot and stuffy. The ceiling fan was too slow to make any difference. Also the shower curtain was designed so badly, you couldn't bring the curtain all the way around to the shower head side (to keep water in the bath / shower area) without being exposed on the other side to the main part of the room (I.e. Bed / roommate). Hard to explain, you probably have to see it but in other words, the curtain didn't cover the whole bath. Either water got out or you were in full view of the rest of the room. Staff were nice enough and tried to be helpful however there was a small incident where we had to call / go down to the lobby 3 times requesting a new tv remote (was missing when we checked in) before it was brought to our room. If we had a room on the outer section of the building, this review may be a lot better. Either request an outer room or stay somewhere else.

Overnight Stay

Great location! Staff was very nice. When I checked into my room there was a light bulb cover that had fallen and glass covered the bathroom floor. I called the front desk right away and without hesitation got us keys to a new room. We didn't want to switch rooms because we liked the view so they sent up housekeeping to clean up the glass. Great stay and will be back again!

first time in SF

my first trip in san francisco.. hotel is easy to find and very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Fantastic staff, upgraded our room immediately upon seeing my 6'5" son-in-law. What a nice treat to have a wine reception every evening. Great shopping and restaurants right out the front door. I will definitely stay there again if I have the chance to go to this fun city again.
