Great Value

Good value for the location! The Concierge was helpful!!! The room was small but adequate -- would be great to have a chair in the room.

Great location in the city- terrible facilities

Posted Apr 20, 2017
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: room size and accommodations
The room was very very small with no windows, the toilet was up against a wall which made it difficult to use. No pleasant features or room for your things.

Mannequin & Halo

Posted Apr 18, 2017
Pros: The location, design, colors and it wasn't a chain hotel. Deff. unique San Fran Hotel.
Cons: An extra TV in the living area (sofa) for the Jr. Suites maybe a IPOD DOCK to play music.
Location: Location is excellent for us, right in the middle of everything. Next time we will try the steakhouse next door.
We were only here for one day for a concert. It was the first time visiting San Francisco and staying at this Hotel. We enjoyed every second of it. The Jr. Suite is worth every penny and we will be coming back again with our kids.

Cons: My room was very dark with no natural light. I asked to move rooms to no avail. Way overpaid for a dark room
Not happy with room. Dark no natural light, faced a brick wall. Not okay, feel misled by what I booked through expedia

Hidden but worth it

Posted Apr 5, 2017
Stayed a weekend and it was nice. We had trouble finding the location because of so much construction on the road in front but once we found it we loved it and the location in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city

You get what you pay for

Posted Apr 3, 2017
Pros: Staff/valet
Cons: Start a "quite hour" where guests have to be quite after a certain hour
Location: Location is great, hard not to be when in Newport Beach
I booked this hotel kind of knowing what to expect, it was a low priced hotel in Newport Beach. On top of that the location was pretty much exactly where I wanted to stay (had stayed a few nights here. The first night went well, was quite and comfortable (minus the low water pressure). But the second night it was alot more hectic with multiple people running around the halls and blasting music through out until late at night. The positive to this is the staff, I simply went down and voiced my frustration with how loud it is and within 25min security went to the loud room and told them to shut down the music. That was my main complaint, room was decent and valet was a pleasure to deal with.

Don't stay here

Posted Apr 2, 2017
Room was a size of a closet. It was very difficult for two people to get around. The staff was rude. We asked for a fan because the rooms don't come with AC and they told us no to open the window. Then we asked for complimentary water to our room and they said we had to come and get it in the middle of the night. Waste your money elsewhere
