I checked into it late at night. There was no power and no heat due to it. I asked for a refund for the first night but it was refused.

Room smelled of chlorine, but only in one corner. Hot water didn't work in the morning so we all had to take cold showers. Worked perfectly at night.

I intended to stay here for two nights, there was no access to water here. There was only one light that worked inside of the room. It was literally horrible and I had to check out early the following day because there was no water for us to shower or brush our teeth and the manager there said there wasn’t anything he can do and he couldn’t even give us a refund. Hoping I can get a full refund from Expedia or this hotel
