Cons: Freundlichkeit des Personals
Location: Fishermans Wharf, Pier 39
Kleine Zimmer, abgenutzt, Pool-Handtücher wurden nicht aufgefüllt, insgesamt überteuertes Hotel. Enttäuschend. Personal im Restaurant sehr unfreundlich.

Overpriced property

Pros: Nothing except location
Cons: The quality of the towels and bath supplies. The overall finish of the rooms.
Location: A WWII Liberty ship, a Balao class submarine, a 19th century square rigged ship and schooner are a few blocks away. A colony of sea lions nearby.
This hotel charges as though it is a luxury hotel. It isn't! I haven't paid that much for a room that small since the Shinjuku Hilton in Tokyo. The room was small and ordinary and what I would expect at a roadside motel. The bath soap were the small bars like you find in cheap motels. The towels were small and of low quality. The internal rooms have a lovely view of the pool roof. The finish of the rooms is shabby. The Marriott is on the adjacent corner, and the Holiday Inn Express is in front. Both are far better properties. The hotel has a nice location but other properties in the same area provide more value for you dollar. I'm a frequent World traveler and have been to San Francisco many times but not to this property. I will never stay there again and I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Convenient location , away from "bad part" of city Shower is not nice. Wonder if it's SF wide coz of drought Mattress too soft, no good for 6-days stay

Great customer service

Pros: Location for fishermans wharf and street car stops plus bay area
Cons: Outdoor pool only 3ft deep making it difficult to swim perhaps deepening part of it
Location: Pier 39 on fishermans wharf, refurbished ferry building. Both street car terminals close by powel/hyde & powel/mason. Sourdough bakery, cannery, etc
Arrived about 4pm with two rooms booked. Only one room was available so had to wait for approximately 40 minutes for the second room and having had a 6 hour flight from new york was not very impressed. However the hyatt excelled in customer service and as a way of apologising both rooms were given complementary breakfasts for the entire stay which were excellent. Well done hyatt that's what I call customer service

フィッシャーマンズマーケットに徒歩で行けて、メトロの乗り場も近い。ホテルの周りも治安が良い。プールとジムもある。コンシェルジェもいて、ツアーなどの予約や地図の案内などしてくれる。 ショッピング街には少し遠い。

Goodall location to Fisherman's Wharf

Hotel is close to the piers, its quiet and safe. But doesn't have vending machines, and the towels and bathtub were stained. Room doesn't have microwave and if you have small children it's important to prepare their breakfast or bottles.
