Good for a quick stay. I wouldn’t bring my girl here for a romantic getaway though
Clean NON-musky old smell and both bar and restaurant on site. Small rooms but it is the old style hotel. I noticed that the halls , elevator floors were clean. It shows that the management is paying attention to their open areas. WE TRAVEL CROSS COUNTRY SEVERAL TIMES EACH YEAR AND THIS OLDER HOTEL ...
I enjoyed staying @ this hotel even just for one night. I’ve stayed @ a lot of hotels before but this one is the nicest so far that I got. The room was big, clean, quiet, & I like the arts on the wall. I would definitely stay here again next time. Thanks
the rooms were way too small. recently renovated. but still smells like cheap paint. breakfast was nice but area was dirty. staff was great
Perfect location. Helpful staff. Comfy beds. Couldn't ask for more.
My husband and I stayed at the Chancellor for 4 nights. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were on the smaller side but that was fine since we didn't spend much time in the hotel. They also offered free coffee/tea and snacks every days which was nice. The hotel is conveniently ...
I was pleased with the room, staff was nice. It was a bit warm, as the thermostat only goes to 65. Nearby bars and restaurants were fun and it was easy to get to. Parking at the hotel ran us $60 for a night, so that's a bit steep.
They had Friendly staff. It was a great location near museums, a large mall, and bars.
A very pleasant surprise. I am normally very critical. Nothing negative that I can say. Not luxurious but everything done right
The hotel is great close to everything friendly staff
It’s bigger by a few square feet than some other nearby comperable union square hotel rooms. 1 min walk from CVS., Starbucks, and Boba Guys. Only 2 blocks or so from union square.
Love staying here. Staff is so nice. We always stay here
Excellent room except for shower. No door so gets floor wet
The walls are paper thin and the bed I slept on felt like wood with sheets on it. My co worker ended up leaving cause the door didn’t shut all the way.
This is the BEST inexpensive hotel in the wharf area, bar none. Free parking when everyone else charges $50 a night. Clean rooms, quiet rooms, windows that open, easy access to the Fisherman's wharf 6 blocks away and the start of the trolley line to go downtown. One block north on Chestnut Ave is ...
Perfect for my one night stay. Small hotel with basic needs covered. Very clean. Coffee in lobby and continental breakfast. Convenient location. Easy access to cable cars.
No complaints about Hotel Axiom. I’m a very light sleeper so we requested a quiet room and had zero city noise. Great location! Close to the Tenderloin but not close enough to feel unsafe even late at night. Would recommend!
My stay was enjoyable. However there were a few episodes of cigarette smoke coming into my room, and I’m allergic. Also I couldn’t change the room temperature. It was warm, and the ceiling fan helped.
The girls attending front desk have a wonderful personality and people skills. I would defiantly stay again.
Good location! Fine experience for a Lower budget hotel. Request 4th floor so no noise above u!
Overall the hotel was a good deal for the price in an accessible/convenient part of the city. The room was small and clean. Since we mainly used it for sleeping after a long day of sightseeing it was good for what we needed. The continental breakfast was basic but good for grabbing a quick bite before ...
