I stayed 11/24/20. They will double charge you, once from hotels.com and another for a online deposit charge, which they will say will be refunded. The hotel staff will then fully charge you for the night stayed, and claim to wait 5 days for the refund. The refund wont come, and they will refuse to answer the phone, as i have tried calling everyday for the past 3 days. No response. The phone will automarically hang up after waiting for 8 minutes, and it does not even lead to voicemail.
If this is simply an error on the refund, The Inn at Union Square still gets 1 star for poor service. I have had better responses from cheap motels. I would like to see how many other customers have lost money from this scheme. Would not recommend, as you may also be a victim to their double charge scheme!
