Absolutely dirty room! Had to call housekeeping to come back and clean again. Even after that found stains on drawer, either coffee or beverage, sticky! Not very impressed from a hotel of this level and pricing.

Cons: Limpeza e vallet extremamente caro
O hotel é ótimo, bem localizado e com estacionamento ao lado. O Vallet cobra 70usd o dia, o que acho caríssimo. Quarto muito bom e equipe ótima. Entretanto, a limpeza, fraca. Jogam o lençol na cama e mal se limpa o banheiro, o que é lamentável.

Pros: Location
My entire stay was comfortable. Stayed for 6 nights. Given a corner room. Spacious. Very surprised that it was relatively quiet considering we were 5 floors above Battery Street traffic noise. Only issue was the carpet was not vacuumed when we checked - cleaned the next day though.

The room with upgrade was amazing! The valet price is shocking! (Not told till billed) The bar staff need retraining (only 4 customers in bar. Three staff chatting with each other. I waited several minutes before giving up and walking away)
